We want your opinion. We want you to tell us how to do this show properly. And make a comment. And make it interesting for you.

So whatever you can think of, it doesn't matter, you can't hurt my feelings. If you do, I'll hide in a pillow somewhere. But just let us know how you feel about the show, and whether you think it should continue on.

SPEAKER_2 (0:20)

You're listening to The Drew Lane Show.

Drew Lane (0:29)

Yeah, what's poppin? We're in the dealsnitty.com studios, wrapping up another week, and we've got the usual end of the week.

Let's see, we've got the Bonerline, Tom Mazawey, I don't know, maybe.

Jim Bentley (0:42)

Little leftovers.

Marc Fellhauer (0:43)

He's ready.

Drew Lane (0:44)

Jim Bentley, what's your Top 10 today?

Jim Bentley (0:46)

Top 10 Songs With Animal Sounds.

SPEAKER_3 (0:49)

Someone gave me that idea.

Marc Fellhauer (0:50)

What a common list.

Jim Bentley (0:51)

No, not a common list. And then I heard Bungle in the Jungle the next day.

Marc Fellhauer (0:55)

How are you going to steal that from Rolling Stone?

Jim Bentley (0:57)

I don't know if they have one. I didn't check.

Drew Lane (1:00)

Well, I know one song is going to be on there.

SPEAKER_3 (1:03)

Uh-oh, I think you're right.

SPEAKER_7 (1:05)

Sure.

Drew Lane (1:06)

There's lots of animal sounds.

SPEAKER_3 (1:09)

Oh, maybe not.

Drew Lane (1:12)

In fact, every succeeding animal could consume the previous animal.

Marc Fellhauer (1:18)

Oh, that's not on the list.

SPEAKER_7 (1:21)

What?

Jim Bentley (1:21)

Ronald McDonald or something?

Drew Lane (1:23)

I'm going to have to pick this list apart.

SPEAKER_8 (1:25)

No, no.

SPEAKER_3 (1:26)

I fucking nailed it.

Drew Lane (1:29)

Oh, my God. All right. So what's going on today?

Well, I'm interested in this. You guys have probably seen this. All these comedians are going after SiriusXM, Raw Comedy.

Marc Fellhauer (1:41)

Yeah, you were talking about that yesterday.

Drew Lane (1:43)

I was really curious. I thought, okay, all these comedians like Dan Soder, you know who I like and certainly respect.

Even people like Dan Soder are going after SiriusXM. I'm like, I don't know, I got to get to see somebody else talking about this. And so I check out Legion of Skanks today. And the Skanks are making fun of it, which I thought somebody needs to make fun of this. This is ridiculous. Why does SiriusXM's Raw Comedy Channel owe it to all the comedians that are on there now to pay them royalties every month for the rest of their lives?

Marc Fellhauer (2:14)

They don't.

Drew Lane (2:15)

Of course not.

Marc Fellhauer (2:16)

It's like a format change.

Drew Lane (2:17)

But they're acting like this is some horrible affront that they have changed the number of comedians and eliminated, well, quite a few, actually. But I think what they're trying to do is they probably aren't happy with their audience for these channel.

Marc Fellhauer (2:32)

Sure. And they got a name to attach to it now with Sebastian Maniscalco.

Drew Lane (2:37)

Yeah, they didn't make it to Sebastian Maniscalco Raw Comedy Channel because it was doing so well previously.

SPEAKER_9 (2:43)

Jeez, why don't you go cry about it?

Drew Lane (2:45)

So people like Chad Zumach are being limited.

Marc Fellhauer (2:48)

Forget about it.

Drew Lane (2:49)

I heard Rich Voss complaining, 43 years in the business, 150 TV appearances. He was on Sirius for 21 years on the opening Anthony show. Well, it seems to me like Sirius helped his career a lot. Yeah.

Jim Bentley (3:02)

You should be thankful.

Drew Lane (3:04)

I mean, should they be paying him every month? Do they have to? I mean, not that I wish he was being paid. I just thought it was kind of a, I don't know, did you guys see many of the people bitching about it?

Marc Fellhauer (3:15)

I did not. No, I love to see people.

SPEAKER_11 (3:17)

I haven't had any of those services since I had a new car, which was 2018

Drew Lane (3:25)

Yeah, I think a lot of people aren't really paying much attention to SiriusXM anyway. I'm surprised SiriusXM is paying that many comedians money.

SPEAKER_11 (3:33)

I remember thinking it was very repetitive, like a lot of the music channels are, even though they could play whatever they want.

Marc Fellhauer (3:41)

I'm amazed they're still in business, to tell you the truth.

Drew Lane (3:43)

Me too.

SPEAKER_11 (3:43)

It just was kind of the same old yucks over and over again.

Marc Fellhauer (3:47)

Well, you can get it all on your phone anyway.
