Hi, Sabrina.

Sabrina Bryan (0:15)

Hey, Will.

Will Friedle (0:17)

We're getting to that time. We're getting to that time of year where I have to shut off all my lights and make sure none of the ratty kids come to my house. You looking forward to Halloween?

Sabrina Bryan (0:27)

I am. This next weekend is going to be the first of me even thinking about it at all.

I have not planned anything. Usually, I've got locked and loaded, but that is just not this year for me when it comes to Halloween. So we're going to be sussing out what costumes we're going to be this year. But I will probably bring back what we wore to the World's Collide tour. I killed it on Monroe's costume. Her pink costume was so good without it being like the Amazon version of the costume that you could just purchase. So wait, I'm sorry.

Will Friedle (1:09)

For all of our beautiful listeners out there, and by that, I'm talking about me. The World's Collide Tour is the one, it's the zombies and they fight to the death and only one is alive at the end.

Sabrina Bryan (1:20)

Camp Rock, yes, it's a whole duel, basically like, you know.

Will Friedle (1:24)

So which actor survived? Everybody else is killed off, right?

Sabrina Bryan (1:26)

None of them, they actually all just got sick, it's crazy.

Will Friedle (1:30)

Nice. So wait, is it all the actual people from the movie? Like the stars of Descendants and-

Sabrina Bryan (1:35)

Yes, so we had Lea Mani, we had Malachi. I mean, it seemed like there was like kind of three from each. It felt like there was three from Descendants, three from Camp Rock, and three from Zombies is what I think it ended up being.

Will Friedle (1:51)

Now, did you go to have fun or did you go for work?

Sabrina Bryan (1:55)

I went for fun. I went for fun. This was Monroe's first concert, so it was all about the memories and making it as best as I can. I screwed up even though I tried my hardest. I totally remember this with our concerts, but the merch sells out like fast. This merch line, Will, was unbelievable.

So I got to do a behind the scenes type thing. They have a VIP option that you can do when you go in. The kids are on the stage. You get to walk by. You don't really get to take a picture with them. You stand down below in the seats or whatever. But then they do a little bit of a sound check, which is like two or three songs. Then you sit down and they do a small little Q&A, and then you're done.

It was cool.

Will Friedle (2:54)

Was this in an amphitheater?

Sabrina Bryan (2:55)

This is at Honda Center, so an arena. Wow.

Will Friedle (2:58)

Yeah.

Sabrina Bryan (2:59)

There's probably, I'd say, somewhere between around 100 people that were doing the VIP thing. But the worst part was that started at four and the show's not till seven, and you can't leave.

So then we were like in the arena, we got food, but there was nowhere to sit, so Monroe was just sitting on the ground. Like, it just, that part was a little like, I wish we could have gone somewhere and just gotten, went and gone to dinner after, and then came back for the show.

Will Friedle (3:30)

Of course.

Sabrina Bryan (3:30)

Because that drained her a bit, right? So by the time seven came, drained mom, I was like, Jordan, I think I got an hour in me. I think that's all I got.

Will Friedle (3:41)

I'm going to get through Camp Rock 1 and I got to go home.

Sabrina Bryan (3:44)

Seriously.

This show, and now Lisa, our producer Lisa had warned me, but I did not believe that it was going to, it was 9.4 that I looked at Jordan. I was like, she has school tomorrow. I have to do my podcast. Wow. So we didn't end up getting to stay to the very end. I'm sure, I'm hoping it wrapped up shortly after. But yeah, it was a deal. But and then getting ready, but she loved her outfit and I put pink little clip in extensions and sparkle ones in her hair. She felt like just, she loved it.

Will Friedle (4:20)

Well, I'm so happy to now have adult friends.

Because when I hear things like, oh, I screwed up when I went to the concert last night, the merch line was so long. That's so much nicer to hear than my old friends who would be like, I screwed up, I took way too much acid and passed out at the concert.
