Lindsay Clancy Holdout Juror DESTROYED For Not Convicting Her

As if people are not already tired of hearing about a woman being innocent for killing her three kids, that 18 minutes during that time, she lost her mind and she goes and kills her eight-month-old, I think three-year-old and five-year-old, and then tries to jump out, and a husband comes in and he goes upstairs and see what's going on. And if you hear the recording, you were telling me finally I had a chance to read it and listen to it. Read it, it's disturbing.

Don't you mean to tell me the media now doxes the holdout juror from Lindsay Clancy? What do you mean you're going to dox him? Yeah, they try to dox him. So to reveal information about him to the public? Yes. Well, what did they say about this guy? Well, wait till you hear what they said about this guy, okay?

They said this guy has a holdout juror on Lindsay Clancy's trial, faced domestic violence allegation against his wife, but charge was dismissed, and he had some issues with his nephew. Oh, really? Yeah. This is a terrible human being, terrible human being. And you guys want to listen to him? He has no credibility, when they try to dox this guy, no credibility for what he did. But Lindsay Clancy killed her three kids.

She went through trauma. You don't know what she was going through. But not the man, not the man. This is where contradictions and hypocrisy comes out, and everybody starts... And by the way, the one reporter said, he was a black man. Yes, he was a black man. Why would a black man ever defend three kids over a woman, the mother that killed her three kids?

The contradictions galore are now at the highest level. Vinny, when you saw the story of them doxing the juror, how did you react?

I was furious, because, and again, it's all the news, it's everybody to try to make it seem like this got... Pat, I'm telling you right now, I don't care if he shoplifted, I don't care if he, all allege, and by the way, what did he say about the case? That it didn't make it in court, they threw it out. I don't care about any of that. When it came to the facts of the case, he was the only one that had the freaking soul to say, you know what, I'm sorry. All the other stuff aside, the drugs, the pills, whatever, the psychiatrist, the psychologist, she killed them all, and he got it. And, mind you, this isn't liberal Boston, this isn't Massachusetts, Tom. Everybody thinks like that. And for the judge, even the judge to come out and publicly look at you and say, hey, listen, follow the rules that I'm saying, which is basically the judge getting involved in saying, you guys should all think all alike. Do what I'm saying. And I'm telling you guys to let her walk. Because my question is this, too, and I'm going to come back to what, Connor, I slacked you a video of this main juror, whoever they're bringing out as like their talking point, hold out, what's her name?

I don't know what her name is, Pat, but she said that this is a turning point for to make life better for women. Listen, buddy, they keep dragging this lady out. Listen to what she says. Go ahead.

Judicial review and to find out if they're going to do it again. They have to get a whole brand new jury. Where is it going to be taking place? I think they have to go out of state because it's not like you're going to get another fair shot because of this one guy. So back to the story, I can care less what you guys are alleging that he's done. Everybody has a past, okay? But it's this case, it's this case and how many psychiatrists and psychologists have to say, this is the rarest thing we've ever seen. It's highly unlikely that for the time that she was killing them and strangling them, she heard a voice in her head and then she never heard it again. And then she tried to kill herself. And it's really funny that all these women lately, and there's a bunch of cases that are happening, they are so good at murder when it comes to their children. They are great. But when it comes to doing it to themselves, they suck. They suck at it. And it's on purpose to be like, look at me.
