This video is sponsored by Terrahutton, who makes the invisible, investible. Today on the CEO BBQ, high-grade gold and silver exploration in Peru and Argentina, together with Daura Gold. But if you're short on time, subscribe to our free newsletter, and once a week, we'll send you a five-minute summary of all interviews we put out, resourcetalks.com for a free weekly newsletter. Now, although this company has not paid us for the production of this video, you should still understand that we are not financial advisors, and this is not intended as financial advice. It is a broad, general, and impersonal piece of information intended only for those who know and understand the risks of junior mining, of which there are many. Before moving on, read the company's official filings on Sitterplus.ca and do your own due diligence. Pause the screen and read all the disclaimers I've shown you because your capital is at risk. If this isn't clear, go to the last section of this video for a longer explanation of the risks and biases, and do not consume this content if you don't agree with everything said therein. Moving on, Daura's flagship project is the, what's actually in the Cordillera Negra Epithermal Belt. Maybe that's important to start off with, that's in Peruse and Cache region. More specifically, their project is about five kilometers southwest of Highlander Silver San Luis project. Daura is chasing a high-grade epithermal gold silver vein system here, and right now they're working on historic core resampling from the 2011 program and ongoing community engagement work, both of which, of course, we'll be talking about later on. The biggest near-term catalyst for this project specifically, because this is not the only project they've got, but the biggest catalyst for this one is the start of follow-up drilling at Antonella itself. That's what the project is called. Pause any early results that could maybe justify a maiden resource estimate sometime in the second half of 2026, which of course will be part of the conversation as well.
Outside of their flagship in Peru, they've got a second project also in Peru. It's just a little bit further up north in the same Ancash Belt, but as far as I could tell, that's not really seeing any active drilling or work right now, though we might touch upon it in the latter part of the conversation. What they are working on right now though is the Cerro Bayo and La Flora earn-in projects over in Argentina. That's where phase one diamond drilling wrapped up in May of this year with the assays already having come through and confirming a large epithermal system. Phase two follow-up is already scheduled for the second half of 2026, which of course I'll also get to ask a couple of questions later on in the conversation. By the way, that project is optioned from Widen Metals who we also recently interviewed, so I'll refer you to that video as well.
Now for some of the numbers and a bit of the details here, Dora is listed as DGC on the TSX-V in Canada, where the average daily volume of the last three months has been about 112,000 shares. The 52-week high is 50 cents and the 52-week low is 12.5 cents. With a little under 84.5 million shares outstanding and a $22.5 million market cap, today this is a 26.5 cents stock with a 50 and a 200-day moving average at respectively 33 and 34 cents. So the stock is trading right below those two. There are close to 32.1 million warrants and 7 million options to get a representing about 32% of the fully diluted 123 million shares.
The last financing they closed was closed on October 9, so that's last year at 25 cents with a full two-year warrant, exercise about 37.5 cents bringing in a total of about $7 million.
How much money have they got right now left after that drilling? How much money are they going to need for that phase two and everything else that's going on in Peru as well? Will they have to be back to the market later this year? There are of course questions that I'll be asking later on in the conversation, but for this to become a conversation though, I'm going to have to shut up unfortunately. And Mark, I'll give you the word here, but first of all, thank you for sitting down with me today.
**Mark Sumner** (3:55)
No, it's my pleasure. Thanks very much. I appreciate it.
**Antonio** (3:58)
Pleasure is mine. I really am looking forward to the conversation here. Just before we really dive into it though, everything that I just walked through here, so a couple of projects, you got two options and then you've got Peru. One of it, your flagship, but you're not really working the way, you're not drilling on it right now. Then another one that you're not really working on.
