Well, the reality is, here's the deal. You don't have to be born in that town, but you have to live in that town and be there for at least 10 years. Then you can fight. Because Hollywood, Florida would probably beat the shit out of Hollywood, California, and then Hollywood, California would have to change its name.
The winner gets to pick the name.
