The Knicks have just received a double dose of good news, and it all surrounds Jalen Brunson, and the Spurs have a huge problem, specifically with De'Aaron Fox and Dylan Harper. We're gonna break down all of these latest reports today.

And now, let's get started.
The Knicks receive double dose of good news. We all saw Jalen Brunson go down with two separate injuries in game one. In the first quarter, he goes down with a knee injury, and in that second quarter, he goes down with an ankle injury. So we were all concerned regarding his status for game two. But thankfully, we have an update on that.
Shout out to New York Basketball on the AppX, and Steve Popper, an NBA insider with Newsday, for giving us this following information. On the Knicks injury report is just one player, and that's Mitchell Robinson. He's probable for game two with a fractured fifth metacarpal in his right hand. But Jalen Brunson is not on that injury report. He avoids the report, and he will be playing in game two.
This is great news for the Knicks. Even though Jalen Brunson has suffered those two injuries, he's not on the injury report. He would not speak about those injuries. He kept saying he was fine. And clearly he is, because he will be playing in game two. And with regards to Mitchell Robinson, he may be on the injury report, but he's listed as probable. We all know Robinson, he's not going to miss game two. He will be available and active for New York Off the Bench. Now that's the first part of the good news. The second part is that Jalen Brunson is locked in. What I'm not talking about in the regular sense, he's locked in in a way we have never seen before. He's beyond that. He's only focused on the goal, so much so that he's avoiding temptations going into game two and during this series. Take a look at what I'm talking about. Roll it.

The Larry O'Brien Trophy is everywhere. It's ever present, it's on the set, it's next to the court, it's in rooms that you're asked to go and shoot promotional videos with.
But you wouldn't go in. You didn't want to be near the trophy. Why?
**Troy Mahabir** (3:29)
How'd you hear about that?
**SPEAKER_4** (3:31)
I know, right? I know what's happening.
**Troy Mahabir** (3:34)
Um, it's, uh, no comment.
**SPEAKER_4** (3:43)
Comment after maybe the Larry O'Brien Trophy is in reach?
**Troy Mahabir** (3:50)
Jalen Brunson, the leader, the captain of this team. And now you know why. You know why he doesn't want to be in the same room with the Larry O'Brien Trophy? You know why he doesn't want to even see the trophy or talk about it?
Because the job is not done. And he does not want to get tempted by looking at the trophy, holding the trophy, thinking about the trophy, or answering questions about it. And you know what? I absolutely love that. That's why he's the captain. Because he keeps himself and this entire team focused on the goal, not focused on the possibilities of what could happen, but what things are happening right now that need his attention. Jalen Brunson has always been the leader this Knicks team needs. And in that interview clip, he just proved why.
But I also mentioned at the top of the show, besides the double dose of good news that we have, the Spurs, they're dealing with a major problem. And they are. Take a look.
The Spurs seem to be having internal problems at the moment with their team. Look at what Dylan Harper posted recently on his TikTok. According to Polymarket Sports, they state the following, Dylan Harper reposted a video on TikTok, making fun of De'Aaron Fox, playing poorly in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. The video that Harper reposted states, De'Aaron Fox seen honoring playoff James Harden after shooting one of his stat lines, basically indicating when James Harden struggled against the Knicks in the postseason, clearly De'Aaron Fox, he's doing the exact same thing. He's struggling, but there's more to this story, isn't it? Because in Game 1, Mitch Johnson, he was criticized heavily for one of his late game substitutions. That was taking out Dylan Harper and making sure he had De'Aaron Fox in the game. Now, Fox, he struggled for that entire game against New York. And Dylan Harper, especially in that first half, he was going off. He looked like one of the best players on the floor for San Antonio. So everybody expected, because of the way he was playing, he should have been the one closing games. Now, after the game, he really didn't talk too much about it. He said, that's up to the coaching staff, and he trusts the coaching staff in what they're doing. Now, maybe he said that, but clearly on TikTok, he was reposting a video of somebody making fun of De'Aaron Fox and his performance in game 1 against The Knicks in the NBA Finals. Right now, they are down in the NBA Finals. They have lost home court advantage, and they're having internal problems with their team. With Dylan Harper, and apparently, De'Aaron Fox. This is not the situation you want if you're San Antonio. But for The Knicks, it's exactly what you want to see. You're already beating them in terms of the series. And now mentally, the Spurs, they're getting even weaker. And New York, they just grow even stronger.
