And yeah, Kyle, what are we doing here?

So we just wanna throw out a quick message here, or maybe a not so quick message, and just let you guys know that as we're recording this, this is the middle of March, and we are days removed from giant sporting events being canceled or postponed. Disney shutting down, movies moving.

And we're certainly not those people. We're just King Falls AM, this little podcast. But we do wanna talk to you guys about what our plans are to roll out or to change things up if need be for Effective Immediately, the Make Believe Show, and Beyond the False.

Eric Kimmelton (0:53)

Yeah, and it's really for the safety of everyone.

All of the actors or guests that come in for Beyond the False or any sort of recording. As of today, the larger the gathering, the more the risk for everyone.

Kyle Brown (1:15)

Well, you just showed us, gatherings of 50 people were recommended. No gatherings of 50 people or more for the next eight weeks is what the CDC is recommending. And we just saw this minutes ago.

Not that we have 50 people in the room recording here, but we also, while the thing that we all love to do the most is entertain you guys, and we love the fact that you let us come in and entertain you guys, we also cannot put our cast and crew and their families at risk if somebody's got a bug or somebody's immunocompromised. We just have to be careful with that. So with that said, and this is heartbreaking for all of us, but effective immediately, the Make Believe Show is going to go on hiatus. It's not goodbye forever, it's goodbye for now.

That sort of thing. For Beyond the Falls, the Patreon show, should it get to where groups of four can't be together, we will figure this out. We're committed to still bring you guys what you expect. It just may be in a different way. Maybe it's an online hangout, maybe it's, we'll figure things out.

Yeah, like if it literally gets to the point where we don't feel comfortable, coming into this small room and all recording together. I mean, we could be at home doing it through Zoom. We could do, and make videos that way where we're still talking to each other. We're still going through the episode.

Kyle Brown (2:34)

And including you guys in it. Yeah, exactly. There's numerous ways we can do these things and we will be looking into these things.

The main point is in this time of weariness and with the world changingly, seemingly, every couple hours, every couple days, we're here with you. We're here experiencing it as well. We love you guys. We love the fact that you've let us into your homes, into your lives, into your routines.

And we just want to let you know that Eric and I were just talking about this. We've been very cute about, King Falls is coming back sometime before 2021

That's still on board. Eric and I, and we'll stop being cute. We were looking at our October release for King Falls AM. With that said, things might change. You know what I mean? We definitely want to get back to you guys as soon as possible and to keep the uplifting, the uplifting King Falls AM stories that you're used to coming to you as soon as possible. But also we have to make sure that we're doing all that we can to make sure that we can keep telling these stories for as long as possible.

And we know things are really weird and there's a lot of anxiety going on about what's gonna happen.

So I know a lot of people are worried about their jobs and everything. So if you're a patron right now and you're nervous about everything, please pull back, pull back.

Kyle Brown (3:59)

We love you guys. You guys have helped us build what we are, but also we'll be there when you get back, hopefully. You know what I mean?

Don't think that your $5, your $10, your $20, are like, that can go towards putting food on your table to making sure that your families are okay. Don't feel like you have to keep doing what, you know, because like you said, Eric, there's a lot of uncertainty. There's a lot of people that can't work from home, that can't work remotely.
