Before we start, I'd like to ask every one of our guests, what are your morning routines? So let's start with you, Amanda.

Ooh, my morning routine. So I wake up around 5 every day. I cuddle with my dog for about an hour. And then I say prayers. I go out on my balcony. And I enjoy the sunrise. I just moved, so I have a very nice balcony outside. It's a pretty view. And I have two outdoor terraces. And then I either make a green juice or coffee.
And then I get started with my day. I love it. A bougie lady.

Green juice or coffee? Like why?

**Amanda Lynn** (2:00)
I make one or the other. I have a juicer. So if I'm in the mood to be healthy, I do the green juice first.

Yeah. But I've been doing that my whole life. When I do the juice, it like makes me more clear. It's good to do that first, but I love the coffee. So I give in.

Do you make the juice with your coffee?

No. Juice in my coffee?
On my insides, I do, but not at the same time. All right.

How about you, Kat? What's a famous DJ do in the morning? I mean, other than try to get some sleep.

**Kat Nova** (2:33)
The famous DJ doesn't sleep.
Literally, I don't sleep. I wake up normally at four. Sometimes I go to bed at four and wake up at four. So it just depends what type of night. Yeah. So normally, I wake up around four, four-thirty in the morning, handle my calls, emails, gym, call Amanda, stress her out at four-thirty in the morning. And then, yeah, just work. All I do is work 24-7.

You are a powerhouse in real estate and an absolute wonderful DJ who crushes the stage.

You are known as someone who really kind of controls people's psychology because when you go from a stage to the negotiation table, you really got to manipulate and dominate someone's psychology. So what is that like to take someone from buying a $70 million house to controlling the emotions on stage?

So it's actually like really easy because normally I play with my friends and then I buy a house for them.

**Joseph Shalaby** (3:44)
So you're doing you're doing real estate for all the big DJs.

**Kat Nova** (3:47)
Yeah, absolutely.
