I mean, I've never, I'm like, you know, I'm laying in bed at night, you know, doing my, you know, going to sleep with my, waiting for my gummy to kick in, and scrolling through Facebook, and I just keep getting, I mean, it's like, how has it picked up? But your stuff is very good.

Thanks, John Morgan of Morgan & Morgan. So we know John pretty well, advertised on this show, and you've seen him on all the commercials, but John's a pretty interesting cat. And by the way, I don't know how this algorithm, things work either. I'm happy I'm on the good side of it with you, and I'm flattered that you watch.
John has some interesting hobbies, and one of them is collecting true crime memorabilia. And I'm interested in this. And you have the OJ Bronco?

I have the OJ Bronco, I have the Ted Bundy VW, I have the Alec Murdoch Golf Cart, I have the John Dillinger Sedan, the Bonnie and Clyde Death Car, I got a whole museum of it.

Wait a minute, Alec Murdoch Golf Cart. Explain that one, I don't know that one.

**John Morgan** (3:05)
The guy who killed his wife and son allegedly in South Carolina?

Mm-hmm, oh, that guy, yeah.

He's, I mean, he was on Netflix forever and ever. That guy.

How does a golf cart work out, though?

Well, the golf cart is what he supposedly drove when he killed his wife and son.

Now, as a guy who collects cars and maybe this popped up on the feed, but I just interviewed Pete Brock. Pete Brock designed it for Shelby, I'm sorry, Shelby Daytona and it just sold for 43 million bucks the other weekend. And it was worth nothing at some point. It was an old race car that was worth less than $1,000. So there's kind of two parts of this. One is like I'm a car guy, I love cars. On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with spending a couple of thousand bucks on something and it ends up being $43 million.
That's fine too. Something like the OJ Bronco and these things, it's tough because there's no comps, as they say in the business. Comp are pretty easy with real estate, they're pretty easy with warehouses, and they're pretty easy even with Ferrari. She just go, the last 63 Ferrari, Lusso sold for 1.7, so yours is probably somewhere in the 1.6 to 1.8 range. It's easy. I don't know what you do with the last, there was no last OJ Bronco that sold, there's what you paid for it, and then that's it, right?

But that's not my calculus. I built, I believe that America has, is most fascinated by crime and punishment more than anything else. Maybe sex first, crime and punishment second.
I went to Alcatraz, I saw that, so I built it, I'm in the attraction business, I built an attraction in Pigeon Forge, I call it Alcatraz East. You can Google it and look at it, it looks like an old prison. And Adam, we print money because America is fascinated with crime. So when you go through, it's the history of crime and punishment. I have so many, have you ever seen, remember when he says say hello to my little friend? Al Pacino, I have my little friend. I have so much in this attraction. It takes you about three and a half hours to go through it. So as long as the attraction is open, I will get a return on my money. I don't know what O.J.'s Bronco would be worth.
