College football is back, so Hilton called on me, the superstition concierge, to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We Go V! Wanna make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey? Oh, that smells lucky.

Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition. Even a marching band wake up call at 555 in 55 seconds. Hit it! When you need a team that will do whatever it takes on game day, it matters where you stay. Hilton, for The Stay.

Jägermeister knows that there's people who watch the game and people who know the game. Knowers know rivalries aren't heated. They're ice cold. They know rankings change. Traditions don't.

They know that when you drink Jägermeister on game day, you drink it ice cold. Otherwise, you just don't know the game.

So drink it ice cold or don't drink it at all. Jägermeister, damn that's cold. Drink responsibly. Jägermeister Liqueur 35% alcohol by volume. Imported by Mass Jägermeister US, White Plains, New York.

Bill Cameron (2:19)

Yeah, Bill Cameron with ESPN 1067 Got a chance to sort of spread the ball around to your running backs and really had pretty good success there. Just your thoughts on their play and how important that is as you get ready for the Gators.

Joel Gordon (2:33)

Yeah, it was, it felt a lot different. You know, than the first game, just to get those first three guys on the field as much as we did. And they were all productive, you know. And I think as coaches, you obviously, you get more opportunities to evaluate, you know, in a game, strengths and weaknesses and, you know, just how they react, you know, to the situations they were in. But it was good to get, obviously, all of them out there. But Omar, you know, he made some, he made some really good gains out of his opportunities. It was good to see Bryson be able to stick his foot in the ground and get going. That's the first time, not the first time that we've seen it, but obviously in a game, the first time that he's been able to get out there and actually, like, open up his stride and run.

And it looked good. And we got work to do. Obviously Cobb did some good things as well. So it's keep moving, you know. We got to get better there, but it was, you know, when you look at those first three guys that are on the field at that position, there are three guys that you feel like you can go out there and compete with for sure.

For Jason Bryan.

SPEAKER_8 (4:02)

You guys talked about needing to improve on the interior of the offensive line from week one, played several different guys there, including a freshman. Just what did you think about that group and kind of the, I guess, data that you all were able to get on all those different guys down there?

Joel Gordon (4:15)

Yeah, it wasn't perfect again, but man, we ran the ball successfully. You know, forget what the final number was, but those guys did a really good job all night, and I think it helped to have a little bit more, you know, some fresh bodies in there rotating a little bit, and it's always going to be healthy for any position group when you've got guys that are competing all the time to be on the field and to try to make that position your own position.

That's healthy, you know, that's what we need. So there was improvements there, without a doubt. It was not, you know, it's not where it needs to be. There's still a lot of things that got to get cleaned up, you know, moving forward. So we'll go back to work, you know, tomorrow.
