Welcome to The Domonique Foxworth Show, joined by Charlie Kravitz, but more importantly, Top Jeff is back in a new outdoor location in the middle of the woods. We got to keep mixing up. Charlie suggested that he and I surprise you and just be sitting here in hunting gear and that would catch you off guard. You just tuned in and we camoed out.

Jeff Saturday (0:51)

It would be the chef's kiss. Let's go, Charlie.

Charlie Kravitz (0:54)

It would be the bass.

Domonique Foxworth (0:55)

I somehow think Charlie would be more uncomfortable in the hunting gear than me.

Charlie Kravitz (0:59)

You wouldn't even be able to see me. I'd be in a ghillie suit.

Domonique Foxworth (1:04)

There's no chance you've ever been hunting, right? Oh, Charlie, Jeff told me he went clay shooting one time.

Charlie Kravitz (1:09)

Yeah. Oh, nice. Yeah.

Jeff Saturday (1:11)

There's more clays.

Charlie Kravitz (1:13)

I don't know the difference.

Domonique Foxworth (1:14)

You can't ask no more questions. We've reached the end of his knowledge.

Charlie Kravitz (1:17)

That's exactly right.

Domonique Foxworth (1:18)

I shot a gun and some clay.

Charlie Kravitz (1:21)

Some of them rolled. Some were in the air. Yeah.

Jeff Saturday (1:25)

Did you hit some?

Charlie Kravitz (1:26)

Yeah. There was a lot of instruction.

Domonique Foxworth (1:29)

Yeah. I would figure.

Jeff Saturday (1:31)

I would figure. That's so much fun though. It's a little competition. It has some good times.

Charlie Kravitz (1:36)

Some people, yeah. I was clearly one of the worst at it. But some of the people who were more experienced were mowing them down. Mowing them down.

Jeff Saturday (1:44)

You know why some roll in the ground, right?

Charlie Kravitz (1:46)

Rabbits?

Jeff Saturday (1:47)

Yeah. It's just training you for birds that fly certain ways, like the ones that go kind of medium to up, or more like how a quail would fly. The high shots are kind of like what a dove would do. So it's all based on what you would shoot. So that's why they do it and give it different styles.

That's what they do.

Domonique Foxworth (2:08)

Aren't doves like representation of peace or something like that? I love shooting doves. I just shoot in doves.

Jeff Saturday (2:13)

Let's shoot a dove. Hey, they're peaceful and they're delicious in pieces.

Domonique Foxworth (2:20)

Well, we are fortunate to have Jeff here because I feel like a lot of center news right now. A lot of line in general, but a lot of center news.

Charlie Kravitz (2:28)

And coaching news.

We're taping this about an hour afterwards. I need to ask both of you guys this before we get to some other news. Sean Payton, Davis Webb, now doing collaborative play calling. Have you ever heard of collaborative play calling where he said that Davis Webb will still be calling in the play to Bo Nix's headset, but it sounds like Sean Payton is going to be telling Davis Webb what play to call into his headset?

Domonique Foxworth (2:50)

Jeff, you know anything about this?

Charlie Kravitz (2:51)

Yeah.

Jeff Saturday (2:52)

So when I was in Green Bay, McCarthy had Tom Clement who had the title of Offensive Coordinator, but Mike called the plays. And so they would, what you're kind of saying, like a collaboration throughout the week. So when we were in install, Tom was our coach, right? It through walkthrough, he was doing everything. He would have all the conversations and then as the week progressed, I think Aaron and Mike would meet maybe Friday and Saturday and kind of come together.

But that was kind of the way they did. I don't know how much Tom called in to Aaron or if it was Mike. But yeah, they definitely did the collaboration thing from the... It is the first time, I had been with Tom Moore who did everything offensively. So it was definitely unique. I'll tell you what's kind of strange about it. For head coaches, they have so many other responsibilities through the week. So Mike wouldn't really be in a lot of our meetings, but then he's calling it on Sunday and sometimes it's like the stuff that doesn't really hit you right or some of the questions that you've had in meetings that you've kind of gone through, it kind of gets missed in translation. And so that's always a unique thing.
