Alrighty, folks, we are going to talk about Jackson Hole, the Clarity Act, the short squeeze, Tom Lee's 10,000 call on Ethereum, and of course, we will talk about QE Round Four. But before we do that, I have one question for Nick, and that is, does Kevin Warsh hate Bitcoin and gold, because what he said on Friday crushed Bitcoin and gold? So maybe he just hates the yellow metal and this cryptocurrency. What do you think, Nick? What do you, what say you?

**Lee Prejado** (1:33)
I actually think Kevin Warsh just hates making decisions.
I'm telling you that personally. When I was watching the Jackson Hole speech, man, it was like, he's telling what the Fed's role is supposed to do, but not what the Fed's really going to do the entire time. Did you get that vibe, Mike?

**Michael Zuber** (1:50)
You know, the vibe that I got was, I actually think he wants to raise rates.
I really do. I think he wants to raise rates. He said things like, we haven't done our job for 58 months. He said we've only got one tool, and that's short-term interest rates. You know where I came, because I've watched it three times now. I'm just that kind of a geek. And what I now think is, he is looking for a reason not to raise rates, right? We have a jobs number this week, we got CPI the following week. And if those numbers come in blah, rates are going up, folks. I actually think there's only one number that could not make rates go up, and that's if CPI comes in low, and that ain't happening, not with the base effect. So I just want all the haters out there, and you know who you are. You have been screaming in my comments for months that the Fed will not raise rates, and all I got to say is, Neener, Neener, you're wrong, and I'm right again. That's what I got to say.

**Lee Prejado** (2:53)
You know, it's funny, though, when I hear that about the last 58 months, you're in real estate, I've done real estate. Have you ever brought in some construction guy, an electrician or something, he does the job, and no matter who did the job before, it's like, I don't know what they did. It's always like the last construction guy is terrible to every one of them. And they're like, I'm an expert, I don't know what they did. So it kind of makes me laugh. It's a lot different when you're in the hot seat, man. You ever experience?

**Michael Zuber** (3:19)
No, you're absolutely right. I think Kevin Warsh wants to fundamentally change the last 20 or 30 years of the Fed.

**Lee Prejado** (3:29)
Sure.

**Michael Zuber** (3:30)
I think the Fed since the.com, so let's call it 20 years, 25 years, they have gotten into a situation where they were basically telling Wall Street what was coming. And if you look at the numbers, Wall Street's been printing money. But it's because they've been getting the cheat code from the Fed.
And mom and dad, right, the average investors were effed. We don't get the cheat code. We can't use leverage. We can't borrow Japanese yen and buy tech stocks, right? So Wall Street's been getting an unfair advantage. And I think Kevin Warsh doesn't want that to happen. So I think he's going to fundamentally change the Fed and Wall Street's going to suffer.

**Lee Prejado** (4:08)
Yeah, I agree with you. It's funny, you know, I'm a teacher as well. I love giving back to community. It's one of my most important things in life. And we actually watch Jackson Hole Fed speech as a class.
