This is the DNVR Broncos Podcast from the Xfinity Studio. Like I said, we've got a lot to talk about today.
Zac just called in, so we might as well just go straight out to the Xfinity Mobile Call In Line and hear what Zac has to say.

Fellas, the Broncos are back. Bo Nix is officially back, baby. And that is fantastic news because he is following the timeline that Sean Payton said a month ago. We officially don't have much to worry about when it comes to Bo. And not only was he back on the field, and I'll tell you about that in a second, he was as confident as ever in Broncos country. Is going to love what he brought to the table after practice today. But let's talk about practice. What we saw number 10 was out there and number 10 looked really good, guys. He was jogging. He was doing everything you'd expect from a football player. He was throwing the ball. He participated in individual drills. He did not participate in team drills. But this goes along with what Sean Payton has said in the past month. So that is not a surprise. We'll see if it ramps up at all today. But we did see him throw some passes and completions and touchdowns to Jalen Watto for the first time in their tenure with the Broncos. We saw him connect with Troy Franklin a couple of times as well. His passes were sharp. I don't know if a ball hit the ground now. Again, he wasn't doing team period, but he looked good. And then after, it was a joy to talk to him because he walked us through what happened this off season with his surgery. So he had that original surgery after the win in Buffalo. And then he said bone spurs were kind of messing with his foot. Now he said he could have played through them this year and then got that procedure done after the year. But he said, I was ahead of schedule, so might as well get it done because I was still going to be ready to go for training camp and the regular season. So that's kind of why that cleanup procedure came out of nowhere in some sense. But then also people tried to spin it as like, oh no, this isn't a big deal at all. That's why, is because it was something that did not have to happen, but to make Bo more comfortable, he did go through with that procedure. In fact, he saw a kid at the park after some pictures were surfacing online of his ankle being crooked. And the kid said, is your ankle crooked? And he said, does it look crooked to you? And his ankle does not look crooked. I can confirm that.
And then Bo was asked when he'll be ready to go for training, if he'll be ready to go for training camp. And he said, yeah, I could go full right now if they wanted me to. Sean said he'll be full go at the end of this month. So the timetable that the Broncos, Sean Payton and Bo are clearly setting is that he will be ready to go full go for training camp. So once we see that actually happen, then it's all forward for Bo. This is also he said this is the first time that his ankle has been fully healthy and felt like new, as the doctor said it did to him in many years. And so he was asked and Sean Payton addressed this as well. Will Bo's mobility be limited moving forward now? We've had that conversation on the show. The Broncos kind of slowed him down from the running perspective. And Sean said, no, he's not going to be limited. And then Bo actually said, what concerns me isn't about me being limited. What concerns me is my ankle hasn't felt this good in a long time. So I might even be more vulnerable. That's the confident Bo we're talking about. And then just one more thing to top it off about the confidence that he brought. He was asked about his season goals and he started on just the very basic path. He's like, you know, I want to have a high completion percentage, get the ball in play. And then he just jumped right to it. He said, Super Bowl and an MVP this year. How's that sound fellas?
Wow.

That is awesome. Love to hear that. It kind of reminds me of like when you're learning, like what you should say in a job interview. And they're like, what's your biggest weakness? And you're like, my biggest weakness is I just feel like I care too much about work. I work too hard.
