Travis (0:03)

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome back to another episode of If I Speak. I am this Buns of Steel, Travis Snail, and I'm joined by...

Kirkland (0:13)

I'm the 2-0, your competitor.

Taylor (0:16)

You are 2

Kirkland (0:17)

I'm 0-2 in fantasy.

Travis (0:19)

That's what threw me for a loop. For a second, I'm like, I don't think that's the case. I think he's just lying right to us. I probably will change the screen if you're live, you can look at our background right now. I never noticed this until now. We usually close it, so I'm going to bring up the share screen here.

Yeah, but look at the app version. If you full screen it, so obviously people can see this in the middle there. There's a lot of screens going on. To the right is what people see on YouTube and desktop. To the left, this is what you'd see on your phone. Look how small we are. Do you see it there? Look how small we are on the desk. If you watch on your phone version, if we do the side view, we're super small.

Kirkland (0:58)

Oh, weird.

Travis (1:00)

So we definitely did one cast for the whole time.

Taylor (1:02)

I never noticed that before.

Travis (1:04)

Yeah. Well, we usually don't have it like this, but we do. So we'll keep you cams in the background there. Or Caleb, fuck. I don't know why I call him Cam. That tattoo's throwing him off. We've got the tattoo above us now. But yeah, we're back for our monthly edition of If I Speak. We got lots to talk about. More news. I said to Kirkland, more news than I'd like, but sometimes it just happens. So we do got some more geek centric stuff, but we got some life stuff. We got lots of good things. I'm sure there'll be some rants. We got some good Patreon questions. We'll, let's see, where should we?

We'll probably, we'll wait football for lashes in case no one watches. Not no one, but it's a certain type of crowd. I didn't send you the question yet, Kirkland. Matty, like live on air or a lot like he sent a Patreon question once to, he's offering a trade us to discuss it live on air.

Yeah, he's throwing, he's throwing a player out there.

Kirkland (2:02)

I said, okay, Dalton Kincaid. I saw you had a trailer.

Travis (2:06)

Okay, he does have that right. So he's really trying to push it hard.

Kirkland (2:10)

Which honestly, I was tempted. I don't know. I'm going through it in the first couple of weeks.

Travis (2:14)

We'll do that.

We'll bring it up. Yeah, we'll bring it up. But yeah, we're going to talk about some football, talk about some Caleb Williams, talk about some Taylor Swift, or talk about Paramount WB merger. We're going to talk about Chris Pine maybe playing DC Batman. Before I hear one comment on Spotify or anything, oh, that's not the rumor. Just walk with us. There is a way to get from point A to point B. Just relax. We'll get there.

But lots of stuff going on. As usual, we start with streaming consciousness. Kirkland, how's it going?

Kirkland (2:41)

It's going well. It's going well.

Monday, today.

Travis (2:45)

That sounded abbreviated.

Kirkland (2:48)

I'm just trying to think of how my day went. My day has been pretty good. We're like last couple of weeks at the project that we're at, which is kind of interesting because I've been there since well before we had power. Now, it's like we're literally just putting up the final touches on some things.

Yeah. I've never been on a project like start to finish before, so it's kind of cool to have been like, I was completely involved in all of the aspects of this job, and now it's almost done. It's weird because when you go from being on a site for a certain amount of time, and then all of a sudden, it's just like over. It's like I'm never coming back here again, hopefully. If everything is good, hopefully, I'm not coming back here to fix. Yeah. Exactly.

Taylor (3:33)

If you want to do that.

Travis (3:34)

Give all your employees the face waterfall.

Kirkland (3:38)

Yes.

Travis (3:39)

You should do that on your last day of your leave that job. Just give one of your bros a face waterfall. Let's see how he reacts.

Kirkland (3:44)

What the hell was that movie? Face Off. There we go.

Travis (3:46)

Face Off.

Kirkland (3:48)

I was blanking there for a second, but no, it works good. I mean, we just had a long weekend last weekend, and we got like another one coming up next week, so I'm pretty excited about that.
