The most bullish Aero video on YouTube is probably the one that tells you dilution risk before it tells you the potential upside. Because if you understand that one thing, you can actually judge the opportunity. Aero could benefit from a huge base trading in liquidity economy, but Liquid Aerodrome is not a passive share of every feet. The future supply of this project can change the entire price math. For a 69 cent entry snapshot, a hypothetical $1,000 buys about 1,400 Aerodrome. In an aggressive multi-year scenario, that becomes about $5,100.

But in a stronger scenario, that can become over $12,600. Now, in the current economy, these are very demanding assumptions, so let's unpack this. BlackRock's recently released paper argues that machine-to-machine payments may favor programmable, always-on-the-rails, and especially small and frequent transaction systems. It also says that protocols and tradition. Now, picture an agent that earns a token on base and needs USDC to pay for a software vending service. It needs a market with enough liquidity to make that swap happen efficiently, and Aerodrome, a major base liquidity and exchange protocol, is built for exactly that kind of market. The agent does not need to use Aerodrome. It can use another venue, like Uniswap or Aerodrome. To be clear, Uniswap and Aerodrome are alternatives or competitors in part of a large stack. Not too tall ways must pay in sequence. Here's the part that people will blur out. Traders pay swap fees. Liquidity provides supply of the asset, and the users who lock the arrow to VE Arrow vote on the emissions and receive rewards tied to the pool that they vote for. Liquid Aerodrome is different from VE Arrow, and a spot holder does not passively collect every protocol fee. That is why this is an economic reference model, and not a fee-per-token promise. We look at our monster outcome. $3 trillion of annual volume at a 1% blended spot fee, and a 50% of the pool in the voter reward scope. That is a $1.5 billion annual voting scope value. Now, if you apply at an 8 times multiple, you get to $12 billion in economic value for quick reference. Then we must respect the dilution of this token, the token supply.

This price model starts with a snapshot of the total supply and compounds that fixed rate of 10.92% of an annual emission rate, and it stretches this out over the next five years. That produces about 3.3 billion aerodrome tokens.

12 billion divided by 3.3 billion equals, that arrives to the wonderful lower price target for this project at $3.60.

This last level matters quite a bit. The emission rate and the future supply can change. The calculation is a sensitivity model, and not a promise about the protocol's future, and how many tokens are going to be circulating. BlackRock has also mentioned in this thesis that agentic activity is still very new. So the second model, the more bullish one, is what we speculate a much more mature economy could support, not something that the report predicts on Aerodrome in specific. Now, the second target here is a thesis number two. It uses an $8 trillion annual volume and the same fee percentage and 50% scope, but at 10 times multiple, creating a $40 billion economic reference point. You use eight years of fixed rate dilution in this, right at around 4.54 billion Aerodrome tokens, and you get an insane potential for this project at $8.80 a piece. Now, these are two wildly different potentials, but both should be quite exciting with the entry points that we're dealing with right now. A hypothetical $1,000 into Aero at around 69 cents buys 1,400 Aero tokens. And if it reaches $3.60, that ends up being worth 5,100, with a 4,100% gain. But at $8.80, that's where the real fun begins.

The price forecast for this token ends up being $8.00.

If you invest $1,000 in this entry, then you're earning up with $12,600 or an $11,600 gain. Now, those expectations exclude fees, taxes, slippage, staking rewards, and compounding returns and lock timeframes. Before you get too carried away, this model has the highest fragility of the four. Base needs to grow dramatically. Aerodrome needs to retain competitive liquidity, and the fees could lock participation matter a lot in this outlook. Aerodrome issuance and dilute holders.

VE aero locks are active positions with time and liquidity risk, and not a simple spot token dividend. There's another live issue with this. Aerodrome's materials have described a plan for 2026

There's an expected consolidation coming. So be a consolidation with Vellodrome under the Aerodrome brand. That transition could change the token, the fee, and the emission assumptions behind all of these targets. So do not treat the standalone long run aero model as a permanent when the underlying structure may actually change. Still, the upside is obvious from where this thesis is angling, and if base becomes a major machine commerce venue, then Aerodrome remains the best liquidity market within it. This token can rerate very hard, very quickly. The discipline is knowing that the volume alone does not make spot aero worth more. The market has to reward the actual structure after dilution. We dive deep into all of these types of mechanics of crypto inside of our school community. If this sounds like crazy price action you want to be a part of, but you want to understand how we even get there, make sure to join our school community and surround yourself with like-minded individuals that are focused on making money and navigating this crazy new market in an effective way. That will conclude our four-part series on this BlackRock Rollout with Tau with Open Intelligence, Nier for that outcome-driven expectation, Uni for liquidity and burns, and Aerodrome for base liquidity with real dilution sensitivity. I want to ask you in the comments, which of these projects do you think has the best value capture mechanics behind it that will have the best upside? Put your pick down below and watch the Aave and Morpho episode coming up next for the lending side of the same machine economy thesis. And I'll see you on the next episode.
