I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more.
**SPEAKER_3** (1:08)
Botox, autobotulinum toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, high problems or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eton syndrome and medications, including botulinum toxins as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

This idea of longevity is a big thing here in Australia. People are retiring at 65 but they may be living till 80, 90 years old. You still need growth assets in your portfolio. The Australian dividend yields are lowest it's been in decades, right? You'd be lucky to get three and a half to four percent. Look at term deposits. You might be getting something with a five handle, in front of it at the moment. That wasn't the case about five, six years ago. It was the complete opposite.
**Owen Raszkiewicz** (2:19)
Now, obviously, I'm talking to the income guy from Global X and you do all that sort of stuff. How would you tell a pre-retiree or a retiree to think about income ETFs? Welcome to episode three of our portfolio construction series. We're going to be joined by Marc Jocum from Global X ETFs, a specialist in income producing ETFs and basically any type of ETF. We're going to be talking to him about how do we build out that part of our portfolio purposefully and what do we actually mean by like sustainable income, not just pick the one with the highest yield, but actually make money through time. We're going to cover all that and we're going to ask Marc for some ETF examples as we go through. He'll also be joining us in a later episode in this series. So if you like it, don't forget, you can stay tuned, you can subscribe, do all that stuff if you want to, but he'll be back in a few episodes time to help us even more.

**Marc Jocum** (3:25)
Very good, Owen, great to be back.
**Owen Raszkiewicz** (3:26)
Yeah, it's always good to chat to you, mate. I think you're one of the crowd favorites, especially lately, no pressure.
**Marc Jocum** (3:31)
Big pressure to Phil, but glad there's some support overall.
**Owen Raszkiewicz** (3:34)
Yeah, no, the community loves having you on, mate. So I'm really, really pleased with that. But today we're talking about kind of the pie chart of someone's portfolio. We're talking about the income. We're talking about maybe sometimes that's always bucketed as like, that needs to be defensive when we talk about income. We'll probably talk about why it maybe isn't the case. My first question of view is quite simple.
