Because we were just talking before the show and I can't think of one advantage Celsius has over Fahrenheit.

Cause that's a nine degree difference.

For them they only have like three or four degrees in there. And so like the number is just, there isn't enough separation.

Exactly. But I will take the L on the metric system.

Like very clearly makes a lot more sense. Right. But it almost feels like Fahrenheit is the metric system of measuring temperature.

It really is.

It's basically a scale of zero to a hundred, with zero being really cold and a hundred being really hot. And it's just a percentage. Like if it's 71 percent, if it's 71 degrees, it's just 71 percent hot.

Right. And that's where the Celsius, they do the zeros freezing, hundreds boiling, but the gap between like hot temperature when you go outside, like so hot that you're like, I got to stay inside today, to boiling is just a waste of all those degrees.

Yeah.

Like because you just don't need all of those temperatures. Like it to us, it's like, when does the temperature 180 degrees ever come up?

Right.

You just don't need it. Like you don't set an oven to that. It's never that temperature outside. That temperature just doesn't need to exist.

Zero freezing, hundred boiling makes way more sense as someone on the comment. It makes, why are we measuring the temperature of water?

Right. Exactly.

Who cares about that? Why is that relevant to this?

It's kind of like if we were measuring heat in inches.

What do you set your stove to when you want the water to boil?

Hot.

Right. You don't set it to 100 degrees Celsius because it doesn't matter. You just make it hot. You never have to set something to that. Oh, convenient to remember. Because ours is stupid. It's like 258 degrees. But the number never comes up.

What I'm saying is, the water temperature measuring system doesn't need to be the same. You could have just gone to the same way we did with like measuring liquids versus measuring distances.

Right.

Or measuring solids and weight.

Yeah. Speaking of weird European things, soccer is back and I'm very happy about it.

That day without the World Cup just kind of killed me. And yesterday having the game at two o'clock also kind of killed me because like there's you're just used to having more after. Like all you get is that two hours and then that's it. It stinks.

I know. And I just feel like it should be at night now. I know we want to make it better for the countries that are playing, which makes sense.
But I just, I feel like that doesn't happen for us when they're in other places. I remember getting up super early to watch that USA, Algeria, Lane and Donovan goal.

That was because it was on the other side of the world. For them to actually play during the day, like throughout the day, they played at nine o'clock that day for them. But for us, it was early in the morning.
