How I Manifested a Quantum Nose Job (yes, really)

Today's topic is something that I've been asked about so many times, and I'm finally getting to it. I'm going to do a deep dive, step by step, into one of the processes that I shared about on social media that ended up going viral several times. And that is my quantum nose job. So this is going to be a multi-part series about manifesting beauty and vitality, divesting from the beauty industry, so you can actually get your time, your energy, and your money back, and how to feel like your absolute best. That's what these next couple of episodes are going to be about, and I'm really excited to share about this topic. So it's so ironic that I'm even talking about beauty and manifesting beauty, because growing up, I felt like such an ugly duckling. And I would read magazines all the time and always be trying to improve myself. And now, I feel like that cult of self-improvement is so much more insane than it ever was in the late 90s and 2000s when I was growing up because of social media. So the beauty standards are absolutely absurd, unrealistic, insane. And I know that it drives so many of us crazy because our society attaches so much of our value as women to youth and to beauty.
And of course, I have vanity. I want to look good, but I don't want to obsess about it, and I don't want to spend all my time, energy, and money on it because I'm sure that you know that it starts to become this treadmill that you can never get off of, this hamster wheel of always trying to improve yourself and always trying to look better. And it's like once you spend the money on Botox and the facials, then you're spending it on this and that. And it's this slippery slope where you never feel like you've reached a place where you feel good about yourself. So as a manifesting coach, my goal is to start at the end, to just feel good about myself. And I can't wait to share with you guys the magical, energetic tools that are completely free that I have used to, yes, manifest a quantum nose job and so much more, feeling my best and my healthiest at 39 years old, getting told all the time that I look much younger. And it's not about looking younger. I love getting older. I'm proud of my age.
I'm excited about the wisdom of getting older. But everybody wants to feel their best. What they don't know is that it's an inside out job. So first, let's talk about the quantum nose job. So I've been on social media for years. I only made my profile public a couple years ago. But since then, I've been creating content consistently. And in January of this year, I set the intention to start to grow my social media following. And I committed to doing a real every single day.
On day 15 of January 2026, I was kind of fresh out of ideas. And I thought, okay, let me just talk about this quantum nose job. Like, it's so funny because I told my sisters I wanted a nose job. They were like, you're crazy. And then I thought, okay, let me just manifest one, like a quantum one, like a no surgery, no recovery, literal magical nose job. And I knew that it worked because they both asked me if I got one. So I shared that story as a real on Instagram in the middle of January of this year. And ever since then, my account has exploded from a couple thousand followers to now I'm at, I think, 14,000 followers, which is so cool. But I never thought that talking about my nose would go viral, but it did. And I realized that people want to know how they can hack the system, like how they can truly become a glitch in the matrix to look and feel like their best self while not investing so much money and time in an actual surgery. Okay, so if you guys are ready, I will dive into it. But first, I want to get your logical mind on board and let you know that there is actually proof of this. There is proof of placebo or sham surgeries that have been done, and one was done in the early 2000s at Johns Hopkins University, where they operated on people with arthritic knees, and they put them under anesthesia. They even put little stitches in their knees so that when they woke up, they fully believed that they had a knee surgery. And the control group, so the group that actually got the surgery done, versus the placebo group, they were nearly identical in terms of feeling better, and the placebo group actually felt better longer term than the control group who actually had the surgery done. So how does this work? Like, how is this even possible? Because of course, there are people who are going to say, you're crazy, quantum nose job, that's insane. And trust me, I get all of those sorts of comments. But it's actually backed by science. The placebo effect is something well known, very much studied. And what is the placebo effect? It's this phenomenon where our brain convinces us that we have gotten better from a sugar pill, for example.
