How High Can Altcoins Go!? (TAO, HYPE, XRP)

Welcome to Discover Crypto. This is Drew Whiterd, your local CryptoHopium dealer. I got dropped off here two months ago, bull posting to Bitcoin Bottom. And since then, the bulls have returned back to the market with a vengeance. Bitcoin has breached the 50 SMA on the weekly timeframe. Bears are crying as they were wishing and hoping for that $40,000 massive capitulation. And now it looks like the raging bull market is back in control. So today, on this video, I'm going to bring you some important information about three projects. Now, I plan to analyze as many of the top 100 projects as I can over the next few weeks here. I'm not going to be pulling these numbers out of thin air either. I froze today's top 100 market cap distribution. I assume the blow off top is going to reach around an $8 to $8.5 trillion crypto market cap, then ask one simple question. Given the trajectory of these projects, where is there likely blow off top in a base case scenario? And then, I'm going to give you the bull case scenario if real chaos takes hold of the crypto sector over the next few years. But first, let's start with my base case scenario. The first project I want to dive into is Betensor Tau. Tau is coming in right at around $280 at the time of this recording. This project rolled out in March of 23 and has had a very structurally sound graph ever since its inception. Tau is a darling of the AI infrastructure community plays. It's got a cap supply, a having process, and is one of the main crypto projects you think of when you think of crypto and AI.

Betensor Tau is sitting around ranked 35 with a little over a $3 billion market cap. If it jumps 10 spots and takes a slice of what currently belongs to ranked 25 names, that scales to about $14 billion in market cap at an $8.5 trillion crypto peak. And keep in mind, this is a conservative outlook of this, assuming that Bitcoin dominance doesn't break down all the way to the 46% mark. Instead, finds its footing and holds between 50 to 55% in an altcoin season.

The altcoin sector has been beaten down for over six years. There's a lot of pent up aggression within these top 100 projects. And if you look at the crypto total market cap, excluding Bitcoin and the top 10 names, you find something very, very interesting. The altcoin sector has pent up aggression. It's repeating and kind of building out a fractal of what the altcoins did from the November 19 timeframe all the way on up to the recent blow off top all the way back here at December 2021, or January 2022

Since that euphoric timeframe, altcoins have felt like a financial mistake, staying down for over 1,715 days. But just recently, we have broken out of this same descending triangle pattern and are building that swooping motion to get ready to cause violence once again. Now, a reasonable $14 billion target for the top AI crypto project out there brings you with some pretty exciting price action in of itself. $14 billion market cap and adjusting for circulating supply to come, that would bring Betensor Tau's token price to $1,200 per unit in the blow off top, with an upside of about 340%.

And again, that's the conservative version from my outlook, same pie, just a better seat at the table, because I think that Betensor Tau is able to move up from the mid 30s up to the mid 20s, or even better over the course of the next few years.

Now we gotta look at the darling of the altcoin sector, Hyperliquid. This is one of the biggest revenue generating machines ever created in the altcoin sector, and its chart shows the tail. Now currently, this project's about $92 a piece, and Hyperliquid is hanging around the rank 10 in total market cap. But I'd actually think that this project is going to gain right at around two spots in the top 10, putting it at number eight in total market cap value over the course of the next few years. Now I'm talking Tron's territory, around $33 billion market cap right now. If you scale that same share to the $8.5 trillion estimate for where this market can go, and hype lands near that $96 billion market cap when it reaches its blow-off top. That's if you only give it a messy rank number nine cluster, you still get about $75 billion market cap, but the cleaner read is $96 billion.

In that model estimate, you're getting near $436 per token on Hyperliquid when it reaches its conservative peak, with about a 375% gain from where it sits right now. Now, we gotta talk about the largest PsiOp and one of the most effective graphs on the crypto market, which is XRP. And XRP is one of the easier ones to analyze in a scenario like this. You'll notice that in the top projects, in the top five, you have a concentration of power, where market caps are exponentially larger than everything else in the top 20, top 30, et cetera. This project is locked in at number five. I don't think the PsiOp and the excitement about XRP is going to wane, and XRP holders work harder for their bags than arguably anyone else in the crypto market, and they haven't let up the gas. Now, I'm thinking that XRP actually has the ability to hold around the number five position because of this. The narratives are remaining strong, and if it holds this spot and keeps that same 3.2% slice of the market, XRP rises to about a $275 billion market cap in this conservative model. No heroics, no massive flipping, a BNB or anything like that.
