College football is back, so Hilton called on me, the superstition concierge, to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We got you. Wanna make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey? Ooh, that smells lucky.

Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition. Even a marching band wake up call at 555 in 55 seconds. Hit it! When you need a team that will do whatever it takes on game day, it matters where you stay. Hilton, for the stay.

Michael Zuber (1:01)

All righty, folks, I don't know if you follow me on X, aka Twitter, but if you want to see the spicy side of my Xuber, I suggest you go to X where I get into it with people, quite a number of people. And I think this week was just one example, right, Mark?

Mark (1:17)

Absolutely. I definitely recommend everyone to follow you on X. I think they would see a different side of you, kind of just you being very honest there, and, you know, direct. Yeah, that's one way to put it.

But this individual was commenting on one of your posts, or actually one of your videos, and they said, let me guess, prices never go down, always up. Only commercial will go down, and the clown laughing faces, right?

Michael Zuber (1:46)

Yeah, X is an interesting space because I get a lot more hate on X. I don't know if that's, I think it's probably the platform. There's just a lot of more shit talkers on X.

And this is just yet another person watching one of my videos, or at least, I don't even think they watch the videos. I think they see the headline, and they're just whiny little crybaby. So in this example, you know, the guy comes back and says, let me guess, pricing only go up. And, you know, I had a rather interesting reply.

Mark (2:17)

Yeah, so your reply was, bitch, I sold all of my houses in 2006 peak GFC.

Of course, housing can go down. Just not today. I got receipts.

Michael Zuber (2:31)

Yeah, this thread goes on. But yeah, so again, you know, I don't put up with stupidity very well. It kind of pisses me off. So this clown was basically saying, I'm a housing bull, and if you know my story, no, I'm not, I sold all my houses because I went to a housing crash and thought one was coming. And you know, it was the first strategic and great move of my career, one of many, but that was really the first. Getting out of houses, which collapsed 75 percent, and then, you know, turn around and go into apartments. So I replied saying, of course, they go down. Just not today, right? Stop following Doomers. Stop following, you know, Melody Wrong with PTSD. And, you know, I have receipts.

I called it, and I executed. And then some idiot chimed in after. I don't know if you have this, but he basically said, hey, you didn't sell shit.

So of course, you know, do you have that or no?

Mark (3:29)

I did not see that one.

Michael Zuber (3:31)

Yeah. So basically some, bitch number two, if you actually, if you go to my feed, I called the next person bitch number two.

And I said, well, okay, bitch number two. Here's my first property address. And because again, I have receipts, so I gave a property address. And it's 1818 North Strive East. Everybody knows my first property by this point. And sure enough, somebody goes out and does a search on the property and see that I was the buyer and the seller. And yeah, so I have receipts. And then somebody comes in and goes, you know, that doesn't count. I'm like, I can't deal with you idiots. You know, you're telling me that housing doesn't go down. I say it can. I have a track record showing that it can, and I did. But you know, you just want to believe these do-mers, you know, Travis and Nick and all these people, because you don't want to do the work. You know, I can't help you.
