You get Stevenson, you get a legitimate back end of the bullpen guy and then you add Ramos. Now I'm happy. But just him along with Garcia, no, not enough.

Yes, Nisconcet. I want to make sure I got that right. How long? Thanks for taking my call. It's kind of equivalent to what you guys have been talking about. Now, I've been watching the Mets a long time. I remember the 69 World Series, I've been a fan a long time. Sure you have.
I'm getting more educated on the game. I feel like I'm missing something, guys.
I know you have to sell players when you're not in it. It's a process. But if you're Stearns and you feel an urgency, that you need to prove to somebody, to yourself, to your manager, to your players, to everyone, to the media, to all people involved in baseball that you need to get this team to play better. Would you trade every good piece that you have now? Because these pieces have to be replaced. I understand Pearl Alts and one or two other plays, but Weaver, Rayleigh, I mean, this is like a dismantling. And along that process, if you're a good ball player, if you're a really good free, would you want to come here?

Well, let's be fair about it.

You get to come to New York, number one. But here's the other thing. You have to also look at the contracts of the guys they got rid of. Like Big Mac made the point a half hour ago, you got value back for Clay Holmes. Now, it's not household names, it's minor league guys obviously. But if you love him that much, and he enjoyed playing for the organization, as much as you might think he did, you do exactly what the Yankees did back in the day with Aral the Chapman, right? You know, there's ways of, let me go get two or three young pieces and bring that guy back next year if I want to.
So the only guy right now, when you look at the list of guys, the five guys, I think the five trades that Mets made, Weaver is the only guy where it's like, I know Tyrone Taylor was becoming more popular, but okay, eminently replaceable, right?
