By the way, Todd Zeile is going to join us a little bit later on today.
He has, I'm not exactly sure what it is other than it's a 9-11 project. So he told me to have, he'd love to have my answer he could share with everybody.
Chris McMonigle (0:12)
I think he's executive producer of a documentary.
Craig Carton (0:14)
Is that what it is?
Chris McMonigle (0:15)
Yeah, I was just looking at it. I think it's going to air on MLB Network.
Craig Carton (0:21)
Oh, is that the case? All right, so we're in about 35 minutes of the year.
Chris McMonigle (0:24)
Yeah, it's called When America Took the Field.
Craig Carton (0:27)
Got it, so it's similar to the nine inning one, type of thing, like the sports connection, though.
Chris McMonigle (0:32)
He's executive producer for the MLB Network documentary When America Took the Field. All right, well, look. Which was based on emotional return following the September 11th event.
Craig Carton (0:40)
Got it, so that'll be, I think, at 4.30-ish. Todd Zeile will join us.
Chris McMonigle (0:44)
You know else that I had heard a long back, a while ago, I forgot, I haven't thought of it forever, his daughter.
Craig Carton (0:52)
Todd's daughter?
Chris McMonigle (0:52)
Todd's daughter.
Craig Carton (0:53)
Yeah.
Chris McMonigle (0:54)
I think her name was Hannah.
Craig Carton (0:55)
Okay.
Chris McMonigle (0:56)
She was in the show This Is Us.
Remember that show This Is Us? It was on like Network TV.
Craig Carton (1:03)
Was that that romance show? Maybe more. Or The Guy Dies in the Fire or something? Right.
Chris McMonigle (1:08)
It was a really good show.
Craig Carton (1:08)
It was like a gay couple, a straight couple, a guy dies in a fire, some guy doesn't know who his son is, some guy's a drug addict, something like that.
Chris McMonigle (1:16)
No, not that, no. It's about three siblings.
Craig Carton (1:19)
Oh, what was it about, there was a handsome good looking man in a white suit, I need a dwarf Spanish friend who used to say, is he plain, is he plain?
Chris McMonigle (1:29)
That's the one.
Craig Carton (1:30)
What about him?
Chris McMonigle (1:32)
Nothing.
Craig Carton (1:32)
Oh.
Chris McMonigle (1:34)
This is us with a Mandy Moore.
Craig Carton (1:36)
Oh, yeah, tangled.
Chris McMonigle (1:38)
Yeah.
Craig Carton (1:38)
Yeah.
Chris McMonigle (1:39)
No? No. Sorry. It's about three siblings, twins or triplets, obviously. Step brothers? No.
Craig Carton (1:47)
Oh.
Chris McMonigle (1:47)
No, no, no, sorry, no, no. Triplets who have now grown up, their father passed away.
Craig Carton (1:52)
Is that the one where the three triplets were adopted by three different families?
Todd Zeile (1:56)
Nope.
Craig Carton (1:56)
And they all went up and went to the same school not knowing each other?
Chris McMonigle (2:00)
No.
Todd Zeile (2:00)
That's fascinating.
Chris McMonigle (2:01)
That happened. In real life or a TV show?
Craig Carton (2:03)
It was on Netflix.
Chris McMonigle (2:04)
Wow. How about that?
Craig Carton (2:04)
Legit. Documentary on Netflix. Because this guy was dating a girl, and the girl's like, how come you don't spend any time with me? He goes, who? We never met you before. And they were triplets.
And they went to the same school unknowingly, raised by three different families. Yeah, true story. And anyway, I'm sorry to interrupt your story. Go ahead.
Chris McMonigle (2:22)
So how did he not know who she was if she was a triplet?
Craig Carton (2:25)
Because she dated one of the other triplets. So this one of the other triplets comes back to campus and the girl's like, Billy, you haven't called me back in three weeks. She goes, who are you? My name's not Billy.
Chris McMonigle (2:37)
Gotcha.
Craig Carton (2:37)
She's like, well, you look like Billy. And that's how they met.
Chris McMonigle (2:41)
That's fascinating.
Craig Carton (2:41)
Yeah. Three brothers.
Chris McMonigle (2:43)
This was a show about three siblings who've now grown up without their father and their relationship. And then it tells stories on two different from that point, from when they're adults to when they're kids.
Craig Carton (2:54)
Yeah.
Chris McMonigle (2:55)
It was a very nice show. My wife and I watched it. We liked it. And Todd Zeile's daughter played the young version of one of the three triplets.
Craig Carton (3:01)
Is that right?
Todd Zeile (3:01)
Yeah.
Craig Carton (3:02)
Look at that.
Todd Zeile (3:03)
Didn't know that.
Craig Carton (3:04)
Well, you did know that. You just said it.
Chris McMonigle (3:06)
I didn't know that before I knew it.
