So the story, real quick, got a little convoluted during the break. There's one report that Robert Saleh came out and said it like the gathering of the Jets and another story that he didn't. So I guess Fireman Ed was on a podcast or something and said that he's been told on Great Authority that Robert Saleh when asked about playing the Jets in week one, one said something to the effect of, we're going to kick their ass.
What do you expect them to say? Like should he say, well, you know, we're, you know, it's going to, I'm not quite sure how week one's going to go. The Jets are a fine organization. I have a lot of respect for, no, quite what's the one thing we do know about Robert Saleh? He has great quotes.

He's confident.

He's a quote machine. And even when the Jets were losing, he's uber confident and positive. If he said anything other than that, if this even happened, which we're not 100% sure about, why would like, how is that like bulletin board material?
And if you're a three-win team, you don't even have bulletin boards.
