That's right, Don LaGracca. Michael Kay is not on the radio today, but he is on TV. Yankees Cubs, 221st pitch. I got good news for my fellow Yankee fans. The Yankees have a 750 winning percentage all time against the Chicago Cubs.
Best record versus any franchise in Yankee history. So how about that? Some positive Yankee news. Jake Hasman in for K-Till 3 Mets made a move. AJ Minter traded to the Minnesota Twins. Mets get back two prospects. The thing with the Mets, and we've known this for quite some time because of how awful this season has been, they're going to be huge sellers. I mean, I think we're going to be looking at what the Twins did last year as far as basically the entire team being dealt. Anyone that can be traded will be traded. And no, that does not include Francisco Lindor, who I don't think is tradeable at this point, nor would I trade him if I'm the Mets. That's an offseason situation for me if I'm going to go down that path, not trade him for 30 cents on the dollar. So that would make no sense to me.
Yankees in Chicago, when was the last time, if ever, the Yankees played two day games during the weekday, and it wasn't because of weather why the game had to be rescheduled to during the day. Yesterday afternoon, they played a getaway day game against the White Sox, and because the Cubs always have their Friday afternoon Wrigley Field special, here are the Yankees playing during the day again, and they're staying in the same hotel, Michael Kay said on the broadcast, so they can have to move. So they just lose a brutal game in extra innings, and then get to go soak in the same hotel. Fantastic.

But if you missed it, Tony Romo is on lead now from his role at CBS Sports until further notice, the network announced earlier JJ Watt, who was excellent, by the way, and is better than Tony Romo for being real, is going to replace Romo and work with Jim Nance and Tracy Wolfson on the CBS 18

Again, Tony Romo, when he first got the job, I thought he was excellent.
I thought he was great. I think since he's gotten paid, he has not taken the job that seriously. That's just the opinion I have. I don't know the man personally. But I remember Andrew Marchand of The Athletic wrote the whole story that CBS executives basically flew down to Romo in the off season for like an intervention. You're like, we need you to focus. So what does Tony Romo do? He basically drives drunk if you saw the video and now is on paid leave. But you wonder if CBS is going to try and get out of that contract because he signed a 10 year deal and I believe there's still what? $70 million left on it, I saw. Tony? I don't know, Jim. So according to the internet, some sources I'm seeing here, Ari Mirov, Tony Romo has north of $70 million and at least four years remaining on his contract with CBS. And you wonder if him getting, I think it's like an OWI, I don't know what that is in Wisconsin, but basically him getting arrested for driving drunk, if this is now enough cause for CBS to get out of that.
Because let's be real, Tony Romo is not that good at calling games these days and I liked him. And I was very critical of Tom Brady, I thought he stunk in his first year and he got a lot better in his second year, or was it his third year, whatever it is, he's improved whereas Romo I thought was very good right away and he's regressed. JJ. Watt, I think has been great since he started becoming a commentator. He did the studio role for a year and then he got moved into the booth with Iain Eagle who makes every broadcaster better because Iain's the man. And I think he's done a tremendous job. So that'll be an interesting pairing, hearing Watt with Jim Nansen, Tracy Wolfson, who is a legend. But man, if you're Tony Romo, how stupid do you have to be to be driving drunk when you make that kind of money? I'm all in Uber, man. And Tiger Woods, I mean, I wouldn't want to get behind the wheel with that man either. So I guess I'd lean Tiger, but not by much. I think people would be shocked by that take, say, well, don't you have to go Romo? But then watch the video of Romo being pulled over. I don't know if you can go Romo.
