Yeah, so the Patriots, two weeks before the start of the season, trade away one of their better wide receivers, by the way. And Booty was the kid who had the real bad gambling issues a few years back. He's very open and honest about them. I've read more about the story now with Jed York, and Mike Floria did a nice job, as he always does. It's in the California Post, they write that Jed York found the hooker on a prostitution website in Columbiana County, Ohio, and I'm quoting now, arranged to have sexual activity with the female in exchange for $140.
So I guess there's a website. What was that old site that you used to go to that got shut down? It was all like sex trafficking and hookers. Craigslist? Not Craigslist, no.
Omegle? Was it?

**Chris McMonigle** (0:55)
No, that's the video chat thing.

**Craig Carton** (0:57)
By the way, don't reveal yourself on the air if you don't have to.

**Gallo** (1:01)
No, that's a very jazzer.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:02)
I never heard of that one.

**Gallo** (1:03)
That's like a video chat, chat roulette type thing.

**Craig Carton** (1:05)
Oh, is that what it is? No, there was another site that was all about like...

**Gallo** (1:09)
It was back pages.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:10)
They got shut down, though.

**Craig Carton** (1:11)
Back pages, something like that, right?

**Gallo** (1:12)
It was a legitimate website, but then it turned...

**Craig Carton** (1:14)
But it was all for prostitution and drugs and stuff.

**Gallo** (1:16)
It ended up being like a seedy website.

**Craig Carton** (1:18)
Got it. So in any event, they...
That's how... So I guess they were tracking this website. The girl agrees to 140 bucks. There's officers of the law that are tracking and monitoring it. So they're just waiting for him to show up. He shows up. Bang, they get him. They said he also had an instrument of... What's the word they use here?
An instrument used in a criminal attack, act, rather, which is just his phone. I guess he organized the tryst on his phone. The NFL is going to suspend him for a certain period of time because it violates obviously their rules. Possession of a criminal tool is the actual legal term of it. The criminal tool here is the cell phone that he brought with him. But I have a quick question and then we'll get your calls on it. Why would Jed York be punished by the NFL but Mike Vrabe will not be punished?
If you had to pick one or the other, which one do you think is more untoward when it comes to the business of the NFL? A billionaire owner getting a rub-and-tug in a seedy trailer park in East Palestine, Ohio or the head coach of a football team, now two different football teams basically using sex to get information in and out of his offices.
Isn't the argument that what Mike Vrabe did is worse for the NFL than what Jed York did? I would see it that way, but Mike Vrabe wasn't going to counseling, he wasn't punished by the NFL, right? So why would Jed York be punished?

**Gallo** (3:08)
And was Robert Kraft, he wasn't punished by the NFL?

**Craig Carton** (3:10)
Yeah, he was actually. I think he had to pay a fine of some kind. But not like a real punishment, no. Can you guys look that up real quick? Robert Kraft, NFL punishment.
By the way, maybe there was no punishment because the case got thrown out because they had that video without a warrant for it or something like that. No, you're right. He was never suspended or formally punished from his 2019 solicitation charges. You're right. You're right. Now, the case did get dropped because they blocked the use of the secret video surveillance because it was a violation of customer privacy, but the NFL never did anything.
Again, if that's the precedent now, unless they have new rules in there that obviously I'm totally unaware of, the punishment to Jed York is the embarrassment. That's the punishment to him. Here's John and Staten Island on the fan. John, what's going on, buddy?

**John** (4:12)
So good, gentlemen. How are you guys?

**Craig Carton** (4:14)
Doing great, kid. What's up?

**John** (4:16)
Nothing. Originally, when I called Gallo, I thought it was like dark web. Why would you go to a trailer park? You've got to be a guy, drugs or an underage girl.

**Craig Carton** (4:24)
Right, something.

**John** (4:27)
And I actually still believe that in my heart of hearts. But what you were just talking about, think about it. Robert Kraft lives in Jupiter, Florida.
