This video is sponsored by Terrahutton, who makes the invisible, investible. Today on CEO BBQ, Gold Development in the Northwest Territories of Canada, together with Sixty North Gold.
But if you're short on time, subscribe to our free newsletter, and once a week, we'll send you a five-minute summary of all interviews we put out, resourcetalks.com for a free weekly newsletter.
Now, although this company has not paid us for the production of this video, you should still understand that we are not financial advisors, and this is not intended as financial advice. It is a broad, general, and impersonal piece of information intended only for those who know and understand the risks of junior mining, of which there are many. Before moving on, read the company's official filings on Sitterplus.ca and do your own due diligence. Pause the screen and read all the disclaimers I've shown you because your capital is at risk. If this isn't clear, go to the last section of this video for a longer explanation of the risks and biases and do not consume this content if you don't agree with everything said therein. Moving on, Sixty North Gold's flagship project is called Mon. The Mon Gold Project is about 45 kilometers north of Yellowknife and again, the Northwest Territories and it's a past producing Arkin Turbidite hosted part Shearveign Gold Deposit where one of the zones was mined intermittently through the 1990s that was zone A. That's definitely something that we'll talk about today. And essentially Sixty North now wants to restart it again. 2026 has been given as the expected timeline. And granted in its latest detail, the operating update Sixty North had a 20 person camp operating, equipment maintenance was completed, the mill pad was cleared and crews were preparing to assemble the 100 TPD gravity floatation plant with underground mining intended to begin as mill construction nears completion. But that production timeline will also depend on whether they can have their baseline water requirements done on time, which of course is something that we'll be asking about later on. That's pretty much it. That's the focus for the company right now. And that's going to be the focus of the conversation today. Now, for some of the numbers and more details, Sixty North Gold is listed as Sixty. That's S-X-T-Y on the CSE in Canada, where the average daily volume of the last three months has been about 245,000 units. The 52-week high is 44 cents and the 52-week low is 7 cents. With 77 million shares outstanding and a $13 million market cap today, this is a 16.5 cents stock. There are 5 million options outstanding and 30 million warrants, which collectively represent about 31.5% of the 112 million shares on a fully diluted basis. The last time they raised capital was in January of this year, closing a $1.5 million financing at 25 cents with a half warrant at 30 for a year.
How much money have they got left right now? How much money are they going to spend before they go into production? And if they need more money, where are they going to get it? Those are all questions that I'll be asking later on in the conversation. But for this to actually become a conversation, though, I will, unfortunately, have to shut up already. And Dave, I'll give you the word here. But first of all, thank you for sitting down with me today.

**Dave Webb** (3:09)
Appreciate the opportunity. Thank you very much.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:12)
Pleasure is mine. And you're actually the third NWT story inside maybe two weeks that I'm going to get to here. So I'm looking forward to another viewpoint of the region as a whole.
Let's maybe set the stage first, though, before we get into the smell test and before we talk about time and money and all that. How could I make money on Sixty North right now? If I bought the stock today, what has to happen over the next 12 to 18 months in order for me to make money?

**Dave Webb** (3:41)
There's a hundred different things that could happen, but the key drivers are going to be production. So I've worked in the mining business.
Actually, my first field job was in 1974 So I've got a few years, started off junior, doing everything that nobody else wants to do.
And over the years, what I've noticed is the standard expiration play that you see, and you probably see a lot of them, is someone's got a great property. They're on the verge of a new discovery. They've got some good assays. They've got some good growth potential. They just have to drill it off. And they drill it off and five or $10 million goes into a drill program and it looks fantastic. We only need another five or 10 million to make it bigger. And it goes on and on and I've run those companies. It's exciting. It's wonderful.
