This video is sponsored by Terrahutton, who makes the invisible, investible. Today on a CEO BBQ, Gold Development in Nevada, together with CopAur Minerals. But if you're short on time, subscribe to our free newsletter, and once a week, we'll send you a five-minute summary of all interviews we put out, resourcetalks.com for a free weekly newsletter. Now, although this company has not paid us for the production of this video, you should still understand that we are not financial advisors, and this is not intended as financial advice. It is a broad, general and in-personal piece of information intended only for those who know and understand the risks of junior mining, of which there are many. Before moving on, read the company's official filings on SitterPlus.ca and do your own due diligence. Pause the screen and read all the disclaimers I've shown you because your capital is at risk. If this isn't clear, go to the last section of this video for a longer explanation of the risks and biases, and do not consume this content if you don't agree with everything said therein. Moving on, CopAur's flagship project is Kinsley Mountain. It's a past-producing sediment-hosted gold system in Elko and White Pine counties in Nevada. It's about 80 kilometers south of West Wendover. The May 2026 resource, it's the one that sits inside the PEA technical report, showed 740,000 indicated ounces at about 1.1 grams per ton of gold and 69,000 ounces of inferred at about 2 grams per ton. And it also included about 384,000 indicated ounces at 5.3 grams per ton in Secret Canyon.
The PEA that I mentioned is, or the mine plan in the PEA is a conventional contractor operated open pit that's feeding a 4,000 CPD cyanide heap leach with carbon in columns recovery and off-site carbon stripping, recovering just over 120,000 ounces over roughly four years. The initial capital for that was 82 million, or the estimated initial capital for that is 82 million, that's US dollars with a further 30 million capex requirement in year one, resulting in an after-tax MPV five of about 40 million, well, 39 million US that is again, and 20% IRR and that was done at 3200, so $3,200 gold and that's again, US. On the ground right now, there's no drilling going on, although I will be asking about that, but it's mostly paperwork and side access and there's a preliminary plan of operations that went to the BLM in August this year. So that of course will be a part of the conversation later on.
Now for some of the numbers in a bit of the detail, CopAur Minerals is listed as CPAEU on the TSX-V in Canada, where the average daily volume of the last three months has been about 20,000 units.
52-week high years, 27 cents and 52-week low is 9 cents. With 120 million shares outstanding and a $15 million market cap today, this is a 12-cent stock. Well, actually, it's a 12.5-cent stock to be specific. There are 12 million options outstanding and 30 million warrants, which collectively represent about 26 percent of the 162 million shares on a fully diluted basis.
The last time they raised capital was in November of last year. They closed a $3.3 million financing at 10 cents with a half a warrant at 20 cents for two years. How much money have they got left right now? How much money do they have to spend before they can go to production decision? And are they really even going there? Those are all questions that will be asking later on in the conversation. But for this to actually become a conversation, though, I will have to shut up already. And Andrew, I'll give you the word. But first of all, thank you for sitting down with me today.

**Andrew Neale** (3:37)
Great. I'm looking forward to our discussion today, Antonio.

**Antonio** (3:40)
I am as well. It's interesting from the perspective of it being Nevada gold, and then it's still being in the hands of a junior. That's something that we'll talk about for sure. Let's maybe set the stage, though, before we get into the smell test and everything else.
If I bought CopAur today, how am I going to make money on this thing? What has to be true in order for me to profit off the stock?

**Andrew Neale** (4:06)
Well, I get that question quite frequently from some of our long-suffering shareholders. Just going back and just accounting for my involvement with CopAur. I met CopAur in August of last year. I had some backing from some investors out of Southeast Asia. They were looking at getting into mining, and they were favoring the stable jurisdiction. And CopAur had two properties in Nevada, which is one of the best places in the world. Very highly ranked place to develop gold mines.
