High-Grade Oxide Gold in Nevada, But Can it Deliver Scale? | Nevada King Gold CEO Interview

Moving on, Nevada King is now focused on the past producing Atlanta Gold Mine, which is a low-sulfidation epithermal oxide gold silver system sitting on a caldera margin in Lincoln County. That's about 26 kilometers northeast of Las Vegas, obviously again in Nevada. The latest Ni43.101 is from July of last year, and it shows a pit-constrained resource of about a million ounces at about a 1.1 gram per ton gold grade in the measured and indicated category. Plus, there's another 100,000 ounces in Inferred, and there's also some smaller silver credits that we might end up touching upon, but it is mostly gold. On the ground right now, the company is running a 40,000 meter phase four program with three rigs following a recent BLM approval, and that program is aimed at expanding. It's also going to be the main resource zone and testing nearby satellites, both of which I'll be asking about later on in the conversation. Draw results will be coming through the rest of 2026 and should also feed into, well, and I'm saying should, so it's a potential resource of the later this year or early next. I'll definitely ask about the timing on that and the intentions.
Hopefully, finally, an economic study to look at for everybody who's following the company. Now, for some of the numbers and a little bit of the details, Nevada King is listed as really just an abbreviation of the name, so it's NKG on the TSX fee in Canada, where the average daily volume over the last three months has been about 40,000 units. The 52-week high is $1.40 and a 52-week low is $0.60.
With a little over 100 million shares outstanding and an $81 million market cap today, this is an $0.81 stock with a 50 and a 200-day moving average at $0.83 and $0.95 respectively, so the stock is now trading below those two. Worth pointing out here, though, those numbers, they are post-rollback, so there's a five-to-one rollback in May.
There are no warrants outstanding, as far as I could tell, but there are about 4.6 million options. The most recent financing they did was for about $16.3 million to be specific. In April, it was done at $0.21, and that $0.21 is pre-rollback. Again, rollback happened in May, it was five-to-one.
How much of that money is still left in Kitty, and what are they planning on spending it on, as well as when's the next time they might need more money, are all questions that I plan on asking later on in the conversation. But for this to actually become a conversation, though, I will unfortunately have to shut up already, and John, I'll give you the word here. Maybe you can set the stage here by talking about your vision for the company as well. I know it sounds a little cliche, but kind of your plan moving forward, because again, you've been at it for Nevada King, has been at it for a while now. It is high time for an economic study, as I mentioned, hopefully a PEA, maybe, or maybe not. Maybe you have other ideas for the company. So yeah, talk to me about the business strategy here and where you see this going over the coming years.
