This video is sponsored by Terrahutton, who makes the invisible, investible. Today on the CEO BBQ, Gold and Antimony exploration in Australia, together with Au Gold Corp.
But if you're short on time, subscribe to our free newsletter, and once a week, we'll send you a five-minute summary of all interviews we put out, resourcetalks.com for a free weekly newsletter. Now, although this company has not paid us for the production of this video, you should still understand that we are not financial advisors, and this is not intended as financial advice. It is a broad, general and in-personal piece of information intended only for those who know and understand the risks of junior mining, of which there are many. Before moving on, read the company's official filings on SitterPlus.ca and do your own due diligence. Pause the screen and read all the disclaimers I've shown you because your capital is at risk. If this isn't clear, go to the last section of this video for a longer explanation of the risks and biases, and do not consume this content if you don't agree with everything said therein. Moving on, Au Gold or as I call it, Gold Gold. Gold Gold's flagship has recently pivoted to the Havlog Gold Intiminy Project, which is close to Maryborough in Central Victoria, which is roughly 150 kilometers northwest of Melbourne, again, in Australia. The asset hosts an origin and gold system with Associated Intiminy, which is in Quartz Reefs. A lot of small scale underground mine has happened there from all that origin of gold and from those reefs in the 1880s. But the project has had no modern diamond drilling, at least not on the main trends, hopefully until now, despite it really being in the hands of multiple companies over the last decade. So that's something, of course, I'll be asking about later on as well.
Right now, what Au Gold is doing is surface work, really. So we're talking about rock sampling that happened earlier this year, and there's an ongoing reconstruction of the historical records while they're also preparing for that first diamond drilling program, which of course I'll be asking about later on, including the time, money and risks aspects of that potential program.
Besides the project in Australia, they've also still have, I was actually in the company earlier, but they've also still have the Ponderosa Gold Project, which is in the Spencer's Bridge belt of British Columbia in Canada. But that asset has not received a lot of attention recently. So again, hopefully a brief update on that in the latter part of the conversation. Now for some of the numbers and more details, Au Gold is listed as AUGC on the TSX-V in Canada, where the average daily volume of the last three months has been about 90,000 units. The 52-week high is 30 cents and the 52-week low is 2 cents. With a little over 58.5 million shares outstanding and a $10.2 million market cap today, this is a $0.175 stock with a 50 and a 200-day moving average at $0.22 and $0.15 respectively. So the stock is now trading between those two. There are $12.5 million warrants. They're about evenly split between $0.10 ones and $0.30 ones. And there are also 4 million options, most of which are at $0.20. Count it all up together representing about 22.5% of the fully diluted 75 million shares.
The last time they closed the financing was March 11 They raised $2 million Canadian dollars through a non-broker private placement at $0.15 with a half warrant at $0.30, that warrant's already included in the numbers that I gave you. But that financing coincided with the closing of the acquisition of the Havelock project from Leviathan Gold, which is an Aussie company. How much money have they got right now? How much money are they gonna need to actually go and drill this year? And does that mean they're gonna be back to the market sometime later this year? Or of course, questions I'll be asking later on in the conversation. But for this to actually become a conversation though, I will unfortunately have to shut up already. And Mark, I'll give you the word, but first of all, thank you for sitting down with me today.

**Mark** (3:54)
Oh, thanks Antonio. I've been looking forward to chatting to you since this has been on the schedule. And one of the things I've looked at a few of your interviews with other people and found fascinating that people always look almost afraid when they sit down with you. So I'm interested to see what this grilling process is like. And the thing is, I really think if you're gonna be in the exploration business, you need to enjoy what you do. And that should come through in the way you talk about what you're doing.
