Today, I'm answering your latest AI Profit Boardroom questions using my agent OS and Hermes agent. So let's get into the questions. Is there a fully automated way to edit HN avatar videos, right? So there is, and this was only possible over the last seven days. I'm recording this on the 27th of September as we go along. So the best way to do this is to make sure that you have Claude installed. So make sure you have Claude installed, and we're going to use the desktop version, which you can see over here. And Claude is really, really good at editing. I'll show you an example here. So if we scroll up, we'll scroll up to this post, as you can see. And this works whether you're using HeyGen or whatever you're using. Right? So you can see, for example, here we have this fully edited video from Claude. Now, how do we do this? Basically, we're using Opus 5.5 in a combination of free motion and it's editing design skills to do this. Right? Now, I'm going to show you a quick way, because otherwise it will take too long to show you. You know, it takes about, let's say, for example, you're generating a 30-minute video or a 10-minute video with HeyGen. It's going to take a little while, right, to generate.

Why is HeyGen asking me all these questions?

Oh, there we go. Okay. So let's say, for example, we have something like this, right? It's a 10-minute video.

And you can see, if we, for example, open this up, this HeyGen generated video, you can see that there's no edits on that, right? So how do you automate the editing on that? What we're going to do here is we are going to just get that, as you can see here. And once that's completed, you can basically get Opus 5.5 to edit it for you so it looks beautiful. Now, normally, for example, if I'm editing even just a 30-second video like this with Opus 5.5, it will still take about 10 minutes, right? It will still take about 10 minutes to complete. So something to bear in mind there is if, for example, you're editing a 10-minute video before you post it, that might take quite a while. It might take like 30 minutes or 60 minutes. But if you want to fully automate the editing, and you don't want to do all the work to edit it yourself, this is much easier.

So we can get the Hagen example here, which we've just got, and then we can say, can you edit this for me in the same way you would normally edit? And now you can see Opus 5.5 will edit that for us. So it's 100% possible. Now, what you can also do is you can actually get the MCP for Hagen, or the API. Let me show you how to do that. So we can go to developers.hagen, get an API key. And so we can get the API key, as you can see over here. Let me show you an example. So we can click on Create Key, permissions, set when it's going to expire, etc.

I'll just call this Opus 5.5.

So we can create it like so. We can then get that. Go to Opus, and I'm just going to fork this conversation. So you want to do this inside Cloud Desktop. And then what we're going to do from here is say, HN API key equals, and you can put this in the environment, the ENV file, if you don't want to paste the API key inside the chat. From here, we can get the API documentation. All right, so step one, you go to the API. Step two, you create an API key. Step three, you give the API key and documentation to Cloud, which we've got over here. So we can get that, as you can see. Then we can go back to Cloud here. And just as an example, I'm going to say, generate a 32nd AI avatar video from HeyGen about the said code plus edit it as normal. And you can see that over here, Cloud will generate the avatar video for us using HeyGen and the documentation with the API key. And then it will actually edit it afterwards. And then, for example, if you already have a generated HeyGen avatar video, and you want to edit that, then you can do it using this system as you can see. Right, so either way, you can do that. You got two options. And now we've got the fully finished version. So this was the method with the HeyGen, as you can see. And you can do this landscape or vertical. And if we have a look at this, for example, I want to just mute it, but you can see the editing here. Looks pretty nice, right? And yeah, that was incredibly easy, as you can see. And Opus 5.5 did all the editing and the generation of the avatar video and everything else together. Pretty simple. How long did that take? Let's check here. I think it took about 5 to 10 minutes, and that was for quite a short amount. So that's how you can do it. I've covered both options in the instructions here, and you also got the prompts for replicating the same process. But yeah, pretty amazing. I mean, again, Opus 5.5 is the only AI can do this, and this is only an option that was available over the last, sort of, I would say, week or so. So it's really new, but very, very powerful, as you can see today. So another question that we had here is from Andrea, and Andrea was saying, number one, how do you update our Agent Operating System? And then also, can you do a rundown on skills and when to use skills, all right? So if you want to update the Agent OS system that you have, what you can do is go to the Agent OS inside the classroom here. Just going to get the latest version, as you can see. And you can do this inside Claude, inside Codex, wherever you set it up originally, that's the best place to go. And then you're going to get this command here. All right. And you're going to say, make sure you use the update MD file. All right. So let's say, for example, you want to update your existing Agent OS. So we can go to a new chat here. You're just going to make sure you have the folder selected wherever you installed it. And then you can just open the Agent OS zip file like so, add this, and then you can say, can you update the Agent OS using the update MD file? So that's a prompt that you can use. Just make sure you've attached the zip file, and then you can go from there.
