Listen, you guys, you're InGrace. Let's go.
This is where I had my stroke. Well, this is not a fairy tale. This is real life. The closer you get to him, the closer he gets to you. And all men die. If you ever really live.

Welcome to InGrace with Jim Scudder. He is a pastor, author, Bible college president, tour leader to the Holy Land, and host of the adventure TV show InGrace.

Hi, this is Jim Scudder. We have a very special program for you today. This is a little unusual. If you listen to InGrace, you know that I like adventure and I am a sportsman. I love to fish. I love to hunt. I love to hike. I love to explore, scuba diving and all of those things. And there's someone that has a billion views on YouTube. And this is a real, amazing outdoorsman.
He also, though, has a testimony. His name is Rob Arrington. His channel is called Deer Meat for Dinner, which probably tells you a little bit about his channel. But he's an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He's done things that it just doesn't seem like a human being can do when it comes to free diving and just unbelievable things. But what I really respect him for is that he gives the Lord glory. He prays before meals. And to me, that's important. You can be a man's man and you can be a hunter and all of that. But what are you doing for Jesus? And he does have a testimony. So we're going to sit down with Robert Arrington today and hear his testimony. But in particular, we're going to hear how he almost died from a stroke and how he was able to relearn and regain his speech. And you're going to kind of hear today that he has a little trouble speaking still, but I do too and I haven't suffered a stroke, but it's really an amazing story. And I think you're going to be blessed by hearing the testimony of Rob Arrington from Deer Meat for Dinner. Right before we get into this incredible story, I want to tell you two things. I would love for you to come with InGrace to Israel. It is one of the most amazing places on the planet. It is a place that is beautiful. It's incredible. It's full of treasures, like archeological treasures, culinary treasures. And we have just a wonderful time touring the land, seeing the land, teaching the Bible at the place that the event happened. But it's more than that. It's showing your love for Israel by going there, by spending your money there, by meeting people, to talk to people that are Israelis. And this will change your life. To come on the next InGrace Solidarity Tour, it's coming up in February, so you need to act quickly. The number to get your free brochure is this, 1-800-78-GRACE.
1-800-78-GRACE. You can also get the brochure on our website, ingraceradio.com. That's ingraceradio.com.
And another thing I'd like to tell you about is a really neat video series. It's called A Tour of Noah's Ark. We went to the full-size ark in northern Kentucky, and it's incredible. And we got to tour it by a very knowledgeable man, Ken Ham, son-in-law, Bodhi Hodge. If you want to learn more about this incredible Noah's Ark and come with us on this journey, we're going to send this video series to you for your gift of any amount.
Call us right now to get a Tour of Noah's Ark video series, 1-800-78-GRACE, 1-800-78-GRACE, or go to ingraceradio.com.
That's ingraceradio.com. And by the way, if any of you ever pass through the Chicago area, come visit us at Quinton Road Baptist Church. I'm preaching almost every Sunday at 11 o'clock. I would love to meet you and come in and say, hey, I listen to InGrace.
Hey everybody, we have a really exciting person to talk to today. If you are an outdoors person, you've probably heard of Rob Arrington, or at least his YouTube channel, Deer Meat for Dinner. I've been impressed with Rob because he is an outdoorsman like I've never seen before. He can hunt it and fish it and wrestle alligators just almost on the crazy side. But he also incorporates his faith in everything he does. And it got him through a really tough period of his life about a year ago when he had a second stroke and had a lot of trouble just talking. So we're going to go hang out with Rob Arrington and see what his life is all about and try to get a deeper understanding of his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Let's go.
