SPEAKER_1 (0:02)

How much time can you give to this?

SPEAKER_2 (0:05)

There comes that day, it's either when you're young, you know, and it strikes you in the baseball field, because you're sick of stretching out, or it's when you get fired from your fifth job, you know, when your wife and kids are on your ass, because you don't have support anymore. There comes a day where push comes to shove, where being mediocre, being like average, and shit just burns and sucks so much.

SPEAKER_1 (0:27)

Because if someone says, I want to eventually be a professional bodybuilder, and I've got nothing but time in my week to do the thing, very different plan.

SPEAKER_3 (0:38)

Nothing ever goes as planned in this accursed world. The longer you live, the more you realize that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain, suffering and futility. Listen, everywhere you look in this world, wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well.

And hatred is born in order to protect love.

SPEAKER_4 (1:24)

Step one is quite psychological, because it's all well and good me having the tactics and strategies and the information. But if I don't have the motivation, none of it's gonna matter anyway.

So is step one psychological in some way?

SPEAKER_3 (1:37)

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_5 (1:38)

So many people forget the fact that we can't change what's happened. We can only change what's gonna happen.

Learn from it, change, move forward.

SPEAKER_6 (1:48)

The part of you that nobody sees, where's your integrity? Behind the scenes.

SPEAKER_3 (1:52)

Come on, where are your values?

SPEAKER_7 (1:54)

Behind the scenes.

SPEAKER_6 (1:55)

What do your habits look like?

SPEAKER_7 (1:56)

Behind the scenes.

SPEAKER_6 (1:57)

Come on, what kind of work are you putting in? Behind the scenes. Come on, drop down and give me 50 Come on, write it again. Come on, believe it again. Come on, sing again, record the song again. Come on, I'm talking to that athlete. I'm talking to that musician. Come on, who are you out there?

SPEAKER_2 (2:13)

You can't deal with it one more day, and you get off your ass, and you create something that's always been there.

It's always been inside of you, trying to come out. But you've never wanted to unwrap it, because there's too much pain and commitment.

SPEAKER_7 (2:29)

I need you to get up. I need you to wake up.

SPEAKER_9 (2:32)

You've taught me a lot, you know she did it. I need you to get up, because we got work to do.

SPEAKER_6 (2:38)

If you're gonna do it, if you're gonna accomplish it, if you're gonna achieve it, even if you're confused, and it's cold, and it looks crazy, you're gonna need to know the difference between contribution and commitment, because they're two very different things. See, everybody wants to contribute to destiny, but nobody wants to be committed to destiny.

SPEAKER_5 (3:02)

The light is there. It's at the end of the tunnel, and no matter how fucking dark it's been up until this point, no matter how dark your life has been up until now, the light is there.

SPEAKER_1 (3:14)

It doesn't matter how hard you work, I'm willing to work harder than you.

SPEAKER_3 (3:21)

I know every ain't gonna do what I'm gonna do. That's how you level up.

SPEAKER_2 (3:27)

I'll stop being average when your potential is crying to come outside of you more than that.

SPEAKER_10 (3:34)

No one will outwork me.

SPEAKER_8 (3:40)

It's so easy to be great nowadays, my friend, because most people are weak.

SPEAKER_5 (3:43)

Most people don't want to go to that extra mile. Most people don't want to find that extra, because it sucks.

SPEAKER_11 (3:49)

Of course, talent without work is nothing.

SPEAKER_12 (3:53)

You gotta be hungry. People that are hungry are willing to do the things that they others won't do.

SPEAKER_9 (4:01)

There's no excuse not to be the hardest one to work for in the room.

SPEAKER_7 (4:06)

You have to want it.

SPEAKER_6 (4:11)

Sometimes you gotta take a break from just about everything, disappear, come back and shock the world.

I'm talking to that athlete. I'm talking to that administrator. I'm talking to that nurse, that doctor. I'm talking to that student. I'm talking to that communicator. I'm talking to that pioneer, that inventor. I'm talking to that entrepreneur. I'm talking to that preacher. I'm talking to that person who refuses to stay where they are. I'm talking to that person that doesn't have a problem laying in obscurity because you know that when you come out of the dark room, all eyes on you.

We live in a culture of busyness, distraction and noise. And sometimes the only way something's going to change is if we disappear.
