What's going on everyone? No, James Koh here. This is Matt Harmon, Reception Perception, The Show. Yes, James is away this week, so I get to host the show. And very excited today to bring on a great guest, someone I've known for several years now, works at mild stomping grounds of Footballguys. It is Jeff Bell. Jeff, what's going on buddy?

Not much.
We were talking pre-show, the busiest time of the year, the most exciting time of the year. We're getting reveals, but we're not actually getting any reveals. We have meaningful football to talk about, but we don't actually have any meaningful football to talk about, so it's a fun time of year.

Yeah, we're getting full-on confirmation bias, right? That's what people are doing right now. It's like, well, I didn't like this guy before the season. Anyway, so he didn't look good in the preseason. It's pretty much over for him. But luckily, if a guy you didn't like, especially a rookie prospect does well in the preseason, don't worry about it. It's just preseason. Your priors can totally be confirmed. But we're not going to be doing any of that today. James and I last week started talking a little bit more. We try to skew into some more real football stuff here on Reception Perception, but we both do, of course, a ton of fantasy content. We have a ton of fantasy content on the site as well. The rankings cheat sheet by the end of today. Well, if you guys will listen to this Tuesday, by the end of Monday, that will be fully updated. So make sure to check that out. If you are doing drafts right now, if you're preparing for drafts, that's going to be fully updated. Dynasty ranks reconfigured by the end of the week as well. But we wanted to continue the fantasy theme this week. And Jeff, you and I were talking about this. We saw each other not too long ago at the Fantasy Football Expo.
But you are the number one wide receiver ranker in Fantasy Pro's multi-year accuracy over the last couple of seasons, I believe, if I have that right. And you were talking about this not too long ago. You're like, hey, I can talk some wide receivers. I know people always bring on damn Matt Harmon to talk wide receivers, but I could talk a little bit of wide receivers too. And I thought to myself, well, you know what?
Why don't we get the listeners of this show out of the Matt Harmon echo chamber and talk a little wide receiver rankings with Jeff Bell, where you disagree with consensus and where you disagree with me. So I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah, absolutely, man. Thank you so much for the invitation. Yeah, you know, it was I do. I mean, I got number one ranker for three years running. And actually, I was the number one ranker last year as well for three years running. So I guess technically four years running now at this point. I mean, not to toot my own horn, but I am proud of that accomplishment. But now it's a cool thing. It's a fun thing. It's something that high level of care. I do all the rookie wide receivers for the rookie guy over the last four years. And we put that rookie guy out for Footballguys. And so it's having the opportunity. And you're somebody that I view as a mentor in this space, and I really don't think I'd be doing this without you. So I really definitely appreciate the chance to cut it up here and talk about these wide receivers. I'm not trying to edge you out in your corner of being the wide receiver guy by any means here.
You definitely are in that ground.

Well, hey, pal, I'm not trying to push you off your corner either because I've said this many years. I know it seems counterintuitive to say this, but I'm not necessarily charting all these routes and putting all this stuff together to become the most accurate ranker at the wide receiver position. So everything is, you know, take all variables in, right? I mean, like when I said this on Twitter when we talked about it, I said it in person as well, like people should check out Reception Perception and they should check out Jeff's rankings because you're clearly finding a space here. So I actually, before we wanted to get into some of the, you know, specific discussions and debates that we're going to get into, we're going to do Jeff's five biggest disagreements with current Yahoo ADP over the last seven days and Jeff's five biggest disagreements with me.
