Hey, folks, it's Tim Murray, and here we are. College football season, long Saturdays ahead, and staying locked in for an entire day of football takes a little bit more than coffee. Loreen's new pouch is built exactly for that, without the nicotine. It works just like the pouches you've seen before. Tuck one in and go about your day. Each has 50 milligrams of caffeine, about half a cup of coffee, plus L-Theanine and Alpha-GPC for smooth, steady focus with no crash. And because it's Loreen, it's also got nano-hydroxyapatite, the mineral your teeth are made of, so it gives your daily enamel support in between brushings. It's smooth energy without the jitters, and it comes in mint, cinnamon and mango, all nicotine-free. I love the cinnamon. Give Loreen a try.

Right now, Loreen is offering our listeners up to 50% off at buyloreen.com/college.

That's buyloreen, larine.com/college for up to 50% off.

Standard hour of the program every Thursday. A busy one on tap as well, as we have Seattle and Denver tipping off, Mile High City kicking off in about an hour and 15 minutes. Seattle remains a 2.5 point favorite.

Juice now showing pretty much everywhere, including here at Circa, minus 20 cents. I do see 1-3 on the screen as well. The total is at 40.5. We have professional bettor Paul Bovee coming up in 15 minutes. Strong opinion on Sam Darnold. And he's going to tell us how Bo Nix got him good already in a contest this year out here in Las Vegas. Derek Stevens, Wilbo, Keyshawn Johnson, a little bit later on the program as well, Pauly.

Pauly Howard (2:08)

No need to panic. They did this last year. I know it's disappointing what's going on with the turnovers. They certainly miss Walker big time. How rare is it that on this network and on this show, we had a guest on who covers the team in Seattle's Favored, and he said, give me the dog. I don't think it's going to go well for the Seahawks.

And Rob was fantastic a couple of hours ago on the program, pointing to Peyton with Bulletin Board material, what McDonald said, and the fact that there's several issues going on with Seattle. The turnovers can't run the ball, not taking care of it. And the defense, which is still nasty, not bailing them out, like they did last year, and still giving up those points, and bad defense in goal-to-goal situations as well. Number one total defense, number one passing yards allowed. But I got to see other guys get involved here, other than JSN, and quit throwing just the JSN only. Does this all go away when Charbonneau comes back? I don't know. They're averaging 3.3 yards per rush.

So no more max protection with Flurry as well the last couple of weeks. And suddenly I don't have to worry about your rushing attack and I'm unleashing hell on Darnold. He's been sacked 13% of his drop backs the last couple of weeks also. So still, second most turnovers last year and he led the league himself. Still one seed, we're clean, won the Super Bowl. But I know you're running out of patience and some people are getting bothered by the fact that this keeps happening.

They are three and two, they lose. I think you kissed the division goodbye, but they could be five and all, but you got to clean this stuff up and you got to get other guys involved because you still have other weapons out there. And that is also on flurry to get these guys involved and not just rely so much on JSM.

Mitch Moss (3:51)

Nine straight primetime dogs have won outright. It all started week three on Thursday night when the Falcons took out the Packers, big time 35-14 at Lambeau. Big time part of the story here is well, neither team can run the football.

DVOA, Seattle's 30th overall, Denver's 14th, but when you really break it down, Denver is 25th overall in running backyards, 31st at the second level, 28th in the open field. So maybe longest rush here under for a bunch of guys. And Seattle, 32nd in power success on offense, 28th worst stuffed rate, 26th in the open field. That's the running attack. How about the quarterbacks? Specifically here with Bo Nix now, seventh worst QBR at ESPN. He's averaging 5.8 yards per attempt on the year. That folks is behind Cooper Rush and Jalen Hurts, tied with Cam Ward. It's ahead of the Baklava Bomber, Jacoby Berset and Jax Strand. That's at EPA per play. Bo Nix, 30th average depth of target. He ranks 44th out of quarterbacks who have thrown a pass at 5.81 yards per pass. Also Seattle's defense, second overall DVOA against the run and against the pass.
