Well, now that the business is out of the way, we can get down to what is happening in the United States of America these days. I remember, now it might have been propaganda, but I remember growing up when America was this shining nation on a hill that was, of course, bombing the shit out of everybody.

Put that aside, just follow me with at least the sales pitch that we were given in the 80s, right? Strong country, does what's right, even at the expense of, I mean it's, you know, does the right thing, saved Europe in World War II. Of course, we parachuted in in the last year, but let's not talk about that, but the image of America in Americana, very strong and rugged. We are, we'll, let's reimagine capitalism, let's build intercontinental road, freeway systems. Let's do all this stuff. After World War II, America came back and they had a mandate to become the leader on the planet. They had all the money, their country wasn't bombed to smithereens, like Europe and Asia was, and we're protected on two sides by oceans. I mean, pretty good place to get things done. And of course, that's exactly what happened in the aftermath of World War II, is that America just exploded.
