Yeah, Justice, Small Justice, Capper.
Turns out they were capping. You know, that's what we thought the risk would be. And there it is. They had the whole company's survival on the line, so they lied and cheated. And now the FDA, you know, released their briefing book. And now we see what they did all along, which was fraud, lies, malfeasance, criminal activity. Clip it. Lies, deceit, fraud, criminal activity. These are the core competencies of this company. Obfuscation, protocol deviation, omissions, failure to disclose, dissembling, chicanery, charlatans.
I mean, the trade's been had. The documents came out. You had all the time in the world to read the documents between, I don't know, 745 and 8, and then it fell 50% from there. Now, I think that more or less the trade's over. Artifice, a scheme to defraud, deceitful and misleading. Disgusting. Forte Biosciences being acquired, Intel bouncing a bit.
SpaceX down, Hynix and Micron. Tiny bounces for both. D-Wave up on the thing they're doing with AT&T, which I'm sure is irrelevant. We missed numbers last quarter. I don't know how the heck they could be doing much business with AT&T, given the dynamics there.
NVIDIA small bounce. You know, they're backstopping or, you know, and I know this is kind of old news, but they're saying that my backstop, OpenAI's $250 billion facility, you know, I think there's upside to NVIDIA. I really do think they'll be the first $10 trillion company. Man, IonQ is just such a something else. Alphabet Small Bounce as well. Stellantis, the permanent value trap. Booz Allen up substantially. Sarepta up slightly on Capricor News, I suppose.
SAP up 5%.
Just looking for some trades. MapLite, we shorted, but covered mostly. Almost completely out now. That drug does not look so good. Does it work at all? It kind of seems like it has the smallest effect you can see with a clinical trial, but it's unlikely that you'd want to pursue this in a further clinical trial and spend hundreds of millions of dollars on this.
For what benefit? CoBenFey is not selling well, and efficacy doesn't really look like CoBenFey's. Or I guess the efficacy does look like CoBenFey's, that's the problem. All right, what else is going on? RepLemune is down in sympathy. RepLemune likely also going to have a really tough FDA review.
Micron shaded the most at 1.5 billion.
Still the hottest stock in the world.
SanDisk close behind. You know, I've been pondering the differences between Flash and DRAM quite a bit. You know, it feels like despite the fact that DRAM is harder to make, that both supply chains are just going to be overwhelmed and there's no real way for either of them to keep up. Even though, like I said, Flash is far easier to make, from what I understand. And, you know, I just might have to make some myself to see.
You know, fab in the basement, Zalouf style. I'm so aloof. I'm Zalouf.
Shout out to Sammy Boy. AMD of 2%.
AMD finna be a short man.
If Intel's gonna act this week, AMD has to come along. Tech rules everything in the market. If you're looking at biotech, you're wasting your time. Hate to say it.
You know, we look at it for old time's sake, but this shit is a joke.
ServiceNow marching up again, despite a terrible climate for software. Oracle.
I think we're going to have to deep dive into Oracle.
What earnings are we getting this week? Microsoft? Anything else? Novo's probably a value trap. You know, is Empics getting generic? Sarepta's what? Sarepta got Cerevino? No way.
How the? Well, that's interesting. You know, Cerevino was one of the top dogs. Severino was one of the top dogs at...
That's pretty bullish. He's one of the top dogs at Abbey. Extremely gifted executive. One of the few big pharma guys that was excellent. He went to Biotech, tried to do this to Sarah. Didn't work out, but Sarepta's a, you know, much more speed, I think. So that's, that's exciting. That's pretty bullish, I think. I wouldn't chase the stock or anything. That is bullish. I'd like to see that. Pretty great. You know, the stock I shorted was now proven to be a fraud. Oh, capper. Capper, yeah. Said it so. Bruh. Is so bad because what was it? Ten dollars or something before. Maybe it was six. Then it went to 30, 35 We had to get out and now it's back to six. The market can play games with you like that, you know?
Yeah, I am. Yeah, it is what it is.
Are they doing any press release? Oh, yeah. It's a big FDA. You know, they have to file with the FDA and the FDA basically told them, you know, what do you, you know, this is all garbage. Like you're lying. Capricor is capping. You know, it's all fugazi. You know, they knew it was a failure. So they started changing around the data.
