**Martin Shkreli** (0:00)
Hey, guys. Yeah, justice. Small justice.
Capper. Turns out they were capping.
You know, that's what we thought the risk would be. And there it is. They had the whole company's survival on the line, so they lied and cheated. And now the FDA, you know, released their briefing book, and now we see what they did all along, which was fraud, lies, malfeasance, criminal activity, clip it. Lies, deceit, fraud, criminal activity, these are the core competencies of this company.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:18)
Obfuscation, protocol deviation. Omissions, failure to disclose, dissembling.

**Martin Shkreli** (2:02)
And the trade's been had, the documents came out, you had all the time in the world to read the documents between, I don't know, 745 and 8, and then it fell 50% from there. Now I think that more or less the trade's over.
Artifice, a scheme to defraud. Deceitful and misleading, disgusting. Hey, good morning, how are you? Pretty great, you know, the stock I shorted was now proven to be a fraud.

**SPEAKER_3** (3:05)
Oh, I'm cute.

**Martin Shkreli** (3:07)
Capper.

**SPEAKER_3** (3:08)
Said it's a bruh.

**Martin Shkreli** (3:11)
Is so bad because what was it? Ten dollars or something before, maybe it was six. Then it went to thirty, thirty five. We had to get out. And now it's back to six. The market can play games with you like that, you know?
Yeah, I am. Yeah. It is what it is. Got to move on.

**SPEAKER_3** (3:36)
But are they doing any press release?

**Martin Shkreli** (3:39)
Oh, yeah. No, no. It's a big FDA. You know, they have to file the shit with the FDA, and the FDA basically told them, you know, what you, you know, this is all garbage. Like you're lying. Capricor is capping. You know, it's all fugazi. You know, they knew it was a failure, so they started changing around the data.
And that's a low. I wrote on Twitter is like, that's a low I would never stoop to, even in my worst circumstances, worst hour, I would never manipulate.
These are, these are dying kids. And they're just like, oh, it didn't work.

**SPEAKER_2** (4:13)
Oh, well, you know, let me, let me adjust it.

**Martin Shkreli** (4:18)
I mean, you figure you wouldn't get caught, you know? It's a dusted jail.

**SPEAKER_3** (4:26)
That's crazy, because you know, if you took a loss on that, but it's coming out that it was right.

**SPEAKER_2** (4:34)
But it doesn't, you know, it doesn't bring the money back.
Better than being wrong. Yeah.

**SPEAKER_3** (4:41)
Yes.

**Martin Shkreli** (4:44)
Small victory.

**SPEAKER_3** (4:45)
Small. We can see the new article, Bloomberg, on the side.

**SPEAKER_2** (4:49)
Right?

**Martin Shkreli** (4:49)
Right? These fuckers, these stupid Bloomberg people said, oh, he's wrong and capper. Yeah. Yeah. I want that back. Like, they better fix it.
I don't know what you're talking about, Red X Matter. You're talking about QCLS? What's up, Harbs? Long time no speak. Yeah. It's all right, you know, we get scammed sometimes.
We get scammed sometimes. We always get the last laugh.
Yeah, just so you know, Red X Matter, I work at QCLS. I am the senior advisor. I basically manage strategy for the company. I spend quite a lot of time on it. We're designing photonic computing chips. We've purchased a lot of equipment, hired a lot of people, and we're developing linear map and mole accelerators and silicon photonics. So if you want to insult my work, at least tell me what about my work you don't like. You know, a lot of people think you can't do nonlinearities in light, but we think that new encoding schemes may allow for nonlinear functions to be replicated sufficiently in relatively accessible semiconductor manufacturing nodes. I'm sure you disagree.
Okay, NVIDIA Investing in Safe Superintelligence.
Hey, you don't like it, you don't like it, don't invest, what am I going to say? But I'm in it. I work there. My wife is on the board. We're working pretty hard, so I don't know what you do for a living, but I don't insult another man's work. I mean, I think with the Capricor, biological evidence is really important. You know, how does a drug work is really critical.
Yeah, so QCLS, that's my side project. Yes, thank you for investing. I think 10X is a short. I'm not 100% sure yet, but I saw the Google cloud thing. I don't think it's a big deal. I, too, wanted to read people's private documents, but no go. I don't think SpaceX is gonna bounce for a while. I don't know what the end of day will bring for Capra. You know, a lot of companies... Hold on one question.
