Hello, listeners, and welcome back to another episode of Law and Order Special Viewing Unit, the show where we view, review and love and ridicule everyone's favorite, question mark, cop drama, Law and Order Special Victims Unit, every episode in a row. From the very beginning, my beautiful lump of flesh. You go a lot of different directions with that. I am your host, Matt Reuter, joining me as always the, well, I can't call you the hunk of flesh now.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (0:33)
Please let me be the dead baby.

**Matt Reuter** (0:35)
No, you're not getting off that easy.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (0:37)
No, you're going to be with a dead baby.

**Matt Reuter** (0:38)
You're going to, I don't know, you're going to be the dead. Yeah, because you're going to be on probation for taking your dying baby, lady with a dead baby. That's Aviv Rubinstein over there. How are you doing tonight, Aviv?

**Aviv Rubinstein** (0:50)
Once the government takes away our right to die, it takes away our right to live.

**Matt Reuter** (0:54)
No, it's already done that by keeping capitalism in place.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (0:58)
Yeah, this is it. I mean, the truest form of this episode.

**Matt Reuter** (1:02)
They stripped us of that right, fucking decades ago.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:05)
The truest form of this episode would be like someone being like, well, how can we get this baby to work?

**Matt Reuter** (1:10)
They're like-

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:11)
To make us some money.

**Matt Reuter** (1:12)
I swear to God, someone must have been like, I've seen The Matrix, they use babies all the time. Can't we figure that out? Why can't we figure that out?

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:18)
You got free body heat. What's wrong?

**Matt Reuter** (1:20)
Right. He's not going to know. We could just dope him up with drugs.
No pain. It's fine. It's fine. What's the issue? I don't understand what we're doing. I don't understand.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:31)
He looks plenty peaceful to me.

**Matt Reuter** (1:34)
Elon Musk is going to figure out how to make a car that runs on that baby somehow.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:38)
Babies. Yeah. Many, many babies.

**Matt Reuter** (1:41)
Yeah.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:42)
Words, world's first trillionaire. We didn't talk about that.

**Matt Reuter** (1:45)
Oh, I didn't see that news.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (1:48)
Why give someone that much money if you don't want them to destroy the planet? That feels like mixed messaging.

**Matt Reuter** (1:54)
It's very clearly, and maybe this is the problem, is that Elon Musk is more like a dog in terms of his learning style than we've given him credit for, and he just keeps like he's getting rewarded for the bad behavior.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (2:08)
For destroying the planet.

**Matt Reuter** (2:09)
He's like, but that's what you want me to do.
That's why you keep giving me the money. You're rewarding the bad behavior. So why would I stop?

**Aviv Rubinstein** (2:19)
I mean, I think that that's not... I don't think he's misunderstanding anything. I think that he is accurately understanding that that's why he's getting the money.

**Matt Reuter** (2:27)
Right, but in terms of the destruction, I guess really we're the idiots that we keep rewarding the bad behavior. So it has nothing to do with Elon Musk. It's really about us continuing to just give him the money.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (2:37)
Yeah, yeah, we could take it back if we wanted to.
We just should not to. All we need is one brave Raphael Barba type.

**Matt Reuter** (2:45)
To murder a baby, to prevent it from becoming a power source for-

**Aviv Rubinstein** (2:50)
His baby may or may not be a trillionaire.
Let me pitch you something.
The way that- spoilers for this episode. The way that Barba gets off is that the baby can't think, the baby can't feel, and the baby can't-

**Matt Reuter** (3:05)
It'll never see a sunset, Aviv.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (3:07)
The baby can't experience any sort of beauty in the world. And you could say the exact same things about Elon Musk.

**Matt Reuter** (3:16)
Correct.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (3:16)
Elon Musk cannot think, he cannot feel, and he will never experience any form of artistic beauty in the world. So I'm saying no jury in the world.

**Matt Reuter** (3:26)
Oh, even if he could do all the things that you described, still no jury in the world. To this day.

**Aviv Rubinstein** (3:35)
How's your week been, Matt? I don't think any of that's going to make the air.

**Matt Reuter** (3:38)
Well, it's probably for the best. Did you see a lot? I've seen the- Yeah, I've seen a lot of the responses from like, quote unquote, we'll say mainstream Democrats. I don't know what the we've been calling them.
