Tell us, what do you think was the differentiating of your team with the others?

Chad Hamzeh (0:22)

I think a big thing was this is a solution that is long overdue in the industry, and we've architected ours from the ground up for it. And I think I was just able within that three minutes to illustrate everything for such a big platform. So not even everything, but enough.

What core problems that your startup solved and how does your solution redefine how the industry operates?

Chad Hamzeh (0:45)

So I think there's four differentials I talk about. We call it ACES. The first one is agility and speed. We can get a casino instance set up, and now it's actually under a minute, so it's around 45 seconds. So somebody can be customizing their site and everything that fast. The next one is control. So you have full control over the entire player journey, everything on the front end. If you want your casino to look like TikTok's front page with social profiles, if your team can build it, you can.

The next is extensibility. Our actual backend was built from the ground up to be extensible, modular in the future. One day we'll have an ecosystem we think on top of it. Then scale, you can manage and launch multiple casinos with an MCP or AI right from a chat. So it's pretty cool, pretty different.

The SiGMA startup page connects founders directly with investors. How has this experience shaped your growth strategy or opened new opportunities for your company?

Chad Hamzeh (1:44)

I think it's going to get us a lot more visibility. So we got a beef of engineering pretty quick, but I think we'll be responsible with the growth, we'll be smart about it.

We want to make sure everybody has the same product over time. There will be a point where it will be completely self-serve for the most part. That's where we're headed. I think within six to eight months we'll be there. So that'll change a lot of things for sure. But it's been great. Exposure is the number one thing for sure.

Finally, what key milestone are you aiming to achieve in the next 12 months?

Chad Hamzeh (2:13)

Next 12 months?

You know, the way I've always built my businesses is get as much traction as possible, as fast as you can. So if it's 10 operators or if we can do 500 because it's self-serve, I'll do it. So yeah, I mean, we want to aim for at least 10 to 20 solid operators, maybe mid-size. We don't necessarily have to go to everybody right away. That's phase two. So we already have that in mind.
