Now, Frank, your experiences occurred in the 1980s. Would you like to start at the beginnings, please, sir?

Frank (3:18)

Yeah, this is an incident that a friend and I experienced, around about 1985 It was about 2 a.m. in the morning, and I was the front seat passenger of a vehicle driven by my friend. Approximately aged 19, 20 years of age, had little money at that time, so we had a lot of time on our hands. So basically, we used to go out for drives. So it was fairly normal for us to go to drive to places that we hadn't been before. We were traveling along country lanes somewhere in North York to UK.

The lanes were quite narrow, twisted. There was also hedges that were running parallel to the road. Due to the time of the morning, which was around about 2 a.m., there was very little traffic on the roads, and we had not seen another vehicle pass us for around 30 minutes. The vehicle headlights were on high beam nearly all of the time because no street lighting, no moon in the sky, so it was pitch blackness outside.

The speed we were traveling was approximately 30 to 40 miles an hour. We were both chatting, sharing jokes, basically having an enjoyable relaxed time. It was then that light so bright that it lit up the whole of the interior of the car, filling it with an intense bright light. It appeared as if the car windows had been painted white. This totally blocked any vision to the outside of the car. I remember turning my head to look at my friend who was driving, and I managed to do so, but it was as if my head was moving in slow motion. The approximate time from turning my head from straight ahead to look at my friend, I would say was approximately three to four seconds. After looking at my friend, I did turn my head forward again, as if in slow motion. Then as suddenly as the light appeared, it was gone, and we were back on the country lane. My friend pulled the car over in a lay by, and we both got out the car and said nothing to each other for around five minutes. This was probably due to us both being in a state of shock. I eventually said to him, did that really happen? To which he replied, yes. So this incident has remained in my thoughts for many years, and the unanswered question regarding what had happened. The whole circumstances were strange, a light so bright that the windows of the vehicle are painted white, no apparent sound, the slow motion of my head. Some of the questions to what happened to me and my friend, I think were finally answered on the 17th of March 2011 I had done some research into regression therapy and consulted with a reputable practitioner that is local to me. She explained the process and the ability to access subconscious mind so as to discover potentially what took place 25 years ago. The following is what was retrieved. My friend and I drive in another country lane, telling each other a few jokes. Then suddenly the light appeared. I found myself being lifted out of the car and upwards through the black night sky, passing stars. Then I find that I'm in a room of whiteness. So white, you cannot distinguish where the floor meets the walls.
