It's the end of season 6

Um, yeah, the end of season six, and it happens to coincide with the UK getting a new Prime Minister. Andy Burnham. Who, as far as I can see, has got in on the basis of being likeable.

He hasn't been voted in by the public, no. Not a bit of that, but he's very likeable. So in today's society, that's all that matters, isn't it? Being likeable gets you such a long way. Probably. Why, I've never got a long way.

Oh, imagine the career I'd have if I was likeable. Imagine the numbers on this podcast if I was likeable. They'd be up in the high two millions now, wouldn't they? Rather than being just languishing at one and a half million. Ha! Thank you.

And if I was very likeable, of course, I'd be Prime Minister. No one would want to know what I stood for. No one would know very much about me at all, but because I'm likable, no one really cares. Because likability is the only thing anyone really cares about. I like him so he can do what he wants. He's really likable. Yeah, but hasn't he put in a policy of everyone over 65 who's chucked into a mass grave and burned? Well, yes, yes, usually I disagree with that kind of policy, but Mr Burnham, Andy, as he likes to be called, he's just so likable, isn't he? But to be honest, at least that policy will keep us warm in the winter. Unlike that last chat, what's the name? He's really unlikable, wasn't he? Apart from in the last few days of office, what he suddenly became likable, and everyone's going, well, why doesn't he stay? He's likable now, and everyone forgot about what he did and lied and whatever. No, he's likable, it's all I care about. The thing is, he's really not likable, you know? He was a good man. That was doing his best.

It wasn't likeable, that's the problem. So there we have it. If you're gonna learn anything from this season six is that likability is the only thing in life that matters. So I assume you haven't liked this series at all, but that's fine, because that makes you fairly unlikable, to be honest. So go fuck yourself. We can't end like that, can we? Of course I like you. I mean, I love you. You're lovable, and so am I. So let's love each other.
