**Jason Calacanis** (0:00)
My body is a wonderland.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (0:03)
If that wonderland is white, soft and mushy. Sure.
**David Friedberg** (0:07)
And hairy too.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (0:11)
You know, the worst thing about skin on skin sleeping with the newborn is that, you know, sometimes she roots and she goes after the male nip. The problem is my nipple is covered in hair.
**David Friedberg** (0:20)
It's really awkward for everybody.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (0:25)
I'll tell Telly that story when she's 18, or at her wedding. It'll be even better.
**Jason Calacanis** (0:46)
Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of the All-In Podcast. I am wearing a blue shirt. I am a pasty, white, old, Greek man who's balding and obnoxious.
And with me today is...
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (1:01)
No, no, no, no, you have to say your pronoun, bro.
**Jason Calacanis** (1:05)
Oh, and my pronouns are... Oh wait, hold on, what are my pronouns? My pronouns are beep, beep and most people just call me a jerk.
With me today, of course, is my Sri Lankan, Urkel looking, wearing a furry sweater.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (1:22)
Hello, everybody. My name is Chamath. I have salt and pepper, black hair, brown eyes. I am tall, six foot two. I go by the pronouns we, king and stud muffin.
And I'm here to talk to you about Internet Security Protocols.
**Jason Calacanis** (1:45)
I think people should just come up and say, well, I don't look like Urkel.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (1:49)
I don't look like Urkel. I look like a Bollywood movie star.
**Jason Calacanis** (1:54)
I'm like the Sri Lankan Urkel to us. Welcome to the All-In Podcast. Two out of the four of us are canceled. Next up for cancellation, Sacks.
**David Sacks** (2:03)
Yes, I'm coming to you here from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, which was once land that belonged to the Mohegan, the Montauk, the Oneida, the Erie, and the Arakhoy tribes.
**Jason Calacanis** (2:19)
You forgot the Irish. We own the seven points.
**David Friedberg** (2:25)
You really did it. You went for it, Sacks. I love you.
**David Sacks** (2:29)
Isn't it important that we, at any moment that we're successful, we have to flagellate ourselves or remind ourselves that at one time, all of this land was owned by somebody else. We stole it.
**Jason Calacanis** (2:44)
Also, the Greeks conquered the Romans. You forgot to mention, you're also wearing a Brother shirt that is four sizes too large.
**David Sacks** (2:56)
This is my slim fit.
**David Friedberg** (2:58)
That's slim fit?
**Jason Calacanis** (2:59)
Oh no, here we go again.
**David Friedberg** (3:01)
Sacks has been upgrading the wardrobe.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (3:02)
He's changed it up. Wait, before Friedberg does the intro, Jacob, you want to tell them why we're doing these intros like this?
**Jason Calacanis** (3:08)
Yeah, I got to pause before all kids. Okay, yesterday on the internet emerged a series of videos that were clipped of Microsoft presenting their new suite of developer tools, yada, yada, and corporate people got up and without any explanation started describing their physical appearance, their pronouns, their ethnicity, their skin tone, and their hairstyles.
And the entire internet was like, oh my god, this is crazy, wokeism, like what is happening here?
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (3:41)
No, I thought it was a skit. I thought it was a Saturday of a life skit.
**David Sacks** (3:43)
Right, and so then as soon as they got called out by the entire internet, they claimed that they were doing this for visually impaired people, which kind of begs the question of why visually impaired people need to know what race you are. It's still playing into this crazy race consciousness.
But then on top of it, it wasn't just that. We know it's not that, because then they start doing this whole...
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (4:03)
No, no, no, but hold on. Also, if you're blind and technically can't see, you may not even know what blue means, because you will have never seen the color blue or blonde.
**Jason Calacanis** (4:12)
Okay.
**David Sacks** (4:12)
Right, but they were also identifying their races, which kind of begs the question of why that's important.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (4:17)
But if you were born blind, you would not know what that means either.
**Jason Calacanis** (4:20)
You're literally color blind.
**David Friedberg** (4:21)
I think it's about putting you on the same footing as people who are not visually impaired.
**Chamath Palihapitiya** (4:26)
No, I'm saying, if you're visually impaired, you're using the wrong language. That language is for the sighted people.
**Jason Calacanis** (4:32)
Okay.
**David Sacks** (4:33)
I'm just calling bullshit on their stated explanation that has anything to do with visually impaired, because then they went on to basically recite the names of 10 tribes, Native American tribes that no one's ever heard of, on which the Microsoft campus used to belong to.
