Hey Meta, what's the capital of Peru?
**SPEAKER_1** (0:38)
Lima. How do you say, where's the restroom in Spanish? Dónde está el baño?
Hey Meta, is a hot dog a sandwich? Technically, no. Spiritually, yes. Hey Meta, what should I do with my life? That's one of life's biggest questions.
What do you think?

Let's get on to Four Thoughts on sport to get us rolling this morning. First thought is on Brisbane's Ty Gallup and the cheap shot body slam on Port Adelaide's Mitch Georgiades in the match at the Gabba. Sorry, Ty, but this was a bit of a dog act. If we are giving free kicks and 50-meter penalties for rubbing people's hair, then what Gallup did has to be a suspension, and it should be weeks plural, not a week singular. And I would be arguing it should be as much as three. It wasn't brave. It was carried out on a player in a prone, vulnerable, and defenceless position, and Georgiades' head was the first part of his body to hit the earth when Gallup did it. So Brisbane Lions coach Chris Fagan says he wants his players to be physical, and good teams have to be physical, but there's nothing tough and physical about that act, Chris. The Lions have the absolute best example of toughness in their team, Josh Dunkley.
And he never carries on like that, and he never does things like that. They also have a few others who, in the wake of two flags, are in danger of choking on their own hubris. Gallup's actions reeked of that. Second thought is on St Max King. He twanged a hamstring in his return game, brought straight into the AFL after doing a hammy in a VFL return game a few weeks back. The interaction between Saints coach Ross Lyon and journos about King was robust and tense, also very entertaining.
But let's just focus on the player here.
King has played 83 games in his career. He hasn't played AFL since the 2024 season, and he only played 12 games that year. I don't have any problem with the Saints high performance advisors picking his path back to the AFL, but I do have concern for an outstanding talent's durability now. And let's hope that Max King isn't lost to the game because of a series of injuries. Third thought is on Gold Coast. What the hell is going on here? We'll be talking to Michael Whiting from afl.com.au a bit later in the show. Nine losses in a row now. Ben King supposedly wants out, and Leo Lombard is telling Christian Petraka to go forth and multiply on the field after getting some feedback.
Dima Hardwick needs to be Dima Hardwick, actually. Dima needs to step in and make sure the team is doing the hard work, because this ship is sinking very quickly this season. And finally, Four Thoughts is on Adelaide, one of the more disappointing performances of the weekend against Collingwood. The Pies were good, but the Crows were flat out underwhelming. I would have had them almost in the top four before the weekend. I'm thinking more like top eight now. Give us your thoughts and questions on all of that.
That is the text line. 131255 is the Bower and O'Day Open Line. Bower and O'Day, because the little things are everything. After the break, we'll be talking West Coast and Fremantle with Scotty Waters. Made in WA for WA, this is Mornings with Mark Duffield on SENWA.
