Bran's got all the big toys in front of him. But anyway, we're rockin and rolling. We got Karl today with WATP, and I think we're gonna be introduced to Jerry Banfield, who, those of us who watch WATP know Jerry pretty well. I have to admit, I was bored by Jerry originally. Did you, in the early days, Bran, like a couple, few years ago, did you watch Jerry on WATP?

Karl's been covered in them for, I don't know, once like 2020 or something like that. And I understood the segment. He was quirky.

Yeah, I got it. He's a content creator who doesn't get any views.

And in 2026, he's gone off the deep end. And Karl's there to cover it.

Are you a content creator if you get no views?

Yes, he has no other job, Marc.

I mean, I guess you are creating content, but if nobody sees it, does it count?

There are a few people that see it.

He just, he can't work nine to five, because he's been doing this, and he likes this. He likes this job, so he calls it his job, even though it creates no money, and in fact, creates a lot of debt. He's borrowed a lot of money, so he can be a content creator and fail for months on end and still have money. He's also got, how many kids, two kids?

Jerry Banfield (1:43)

He's got two kids.

He's recently divorced, which might be why he's gone crazy this last year. It's such an interesting story. He's also an author. Don't forget about that.

Oh, yes, he has.

No one buys his books either. He just churns crap out that no one's interested in, and he thinks that he's gainfully employed, but he doesn't make any money. I think that's why he got divorced. Didn't his wife say he had to get a job?

I don't know if there was an ultimatum, but something changed, and now he's living the single life, and he's letting us all know about it. What is the weirdest content that's on the Internet right now?

Drew Lane (2:29)

He's on dating apps, and so we're kind of living his dating life.

And just to get started, just so you have a little background, Jerry went out with this girl, the Queen, he calls her, three times. They almost kissed, not quite. She wanted it, but he didn't oblige her. And then she dumped him, and he's convinced that she really wants him, and I think he's trying to make her jealous. I don't think it's working, but he sent her a lengthy video, and Karl was so excited about the video that Karl offered him $500 for it. So then somebody else offered him $2,000 for it, and did Karl get some chunks of it, didn't he? Karl's been playing pieces of it.

SPEAKER_8 (3:09)

Well, Karl didn't purchase it. Somebody out there decided to buy it off Jerry. He couldn't be more thrilled to sell a very personal video that was meant for one person and one person only. He reveled in the fact that he got $2,000 for it, just off the wall.

Drew Lane (3:25)

But we haven't seen any of those clips?

SPEAKER_8 (3:27)

We have heard them, I at least have, on WATP.

Drew Lane (3:31)

Okay. Who paid $2,000 for that?

SPEAKER_8 (3:34)

It's a mystery, I believe, but Karl was able to get his hands on it.

Drew Lane (3:39)

Sweet. Anyway, this guy is really, he's pretty unhinged, but he doesn't, you never know it. I mean, he thinks everything is great. It's really weird. It's quite fascinating, actually.

So, and then Dave and Chuck have their uncut show now. It's regular, once a week, where they swear. And it's wild, because they'll say fuck instead of not saying fuck.
