You're listening to The Drew Lane Show.

Brandon McAfee (0:02)

Look at this panel of losers.

Drew Lane (0:05)

Oh yeah, what a panel of losers we have today. And we've got, well, me, Marc, Dave Landau is in the house.

Dave Landau (0:13)

Hello.

Drew Lane (0:14)

Karl is here.

Karl Hamburger (0:15)

What is happening?

Drew Lane (0:16)

And Karl brought Lucy. Hey Lucy.

Lucy Tightbox (0:19)

Hi. Lucy brought me.

Drew Lane (0:21)

Okay.

And Roberto in the house too handling the video. And we've got some WATP activity and a lot of stuff going on too. I just want to mention first, Shayna Roofing, 30 years family owned, still here, Michigan's most trusted roofer since 1995

And when nobody talks about they didn't sell out. While corporate roofing outfits got swallowed up by private equity and started treating your house like a transaction, Shayna's state family still answers to you, not some hedge fund in New York. No games, no hidden fees, no bait and switch. 6,000 roofs installed, 4.9 stars. And I use them for Black Sable right here in Ferndale. Call 248-775-7526 or go to druzeroof.com for a quote you can count on from Shayna Roofing. And everybody's flying in here. Dave was flying in yesterday, Karl and Lucy fly in today. Were you guys just slightly nervous after seeing what happened to that flight from Dubai?

Karl Hamburger (1:16)

So the best part was I'm driving to the airport with my wife, and we're listening to your show. And you guys are playing all the clips of that and watching it go down. This is really great to listen to while we're getting out of the airport. I'm like, there'll be a lot fewer jihadists coming out of Rochester.

Marc Fellhauer (1:30)

Yeah, I feel like if you're going to be leaving Detroit, there's going to be people from Dearborn on the flight, not really going there to attack it.

Drew Lane (1:38)

No, they have not yet named the pilot, which I don't want to be one of those people like yesterday, people going nuts on Twitter saying, everyone's calling it an altercation, because it was obviously more than an altercation. But I think it's kind of weird that the seven Cornell guys are all photographed on Twitter and TikTok, and we still don't know who the pilot is. I mean, we kind of know.

Marc Fellhauer (2:01)

Yeah, we know he's from Oman, case closed.

SPEAKER_9 (2:04)

We know his name's Mohammed, but we don't know.

SPEAKER_10 (2:06)

We don't know the spelling.

Drew Lane (2:08)

And Marc, you know, I saw today the plane, the rudder was damaged. What happened to the rudder?

Marc Fellhauer (2:12)

The tail fin, because the guy dove it so hard.

Drew Lane (2:16)

Oh, OK.

Marc Fellhauer (2:16)

Now, what's cool is they're talking about the plumber. You've heard about the plumber, right? The hero plumber.

Drew Lane (2:21)

Yeah.

Marc Fellhauer (2:22)

Who is a hero because he went in there and leveled the plane out based on TV shows he watched. That is me. That is my kind of guy. He learned from television. How cool is that? But they said if he would have pulled the yoke back too fast, he could have split the plane up. The force would have been that great.

Isn't that wild?

Drew Lane (2:40)

There were two pilots on the plane. Why is the plumber in the cockpit?

Marc Fellhauer (2:43)

Because he wanted his chance to fly, man. It just shows you how easy it is.

Karl Hamburger (2:47)

He just saw Top Gun 2, so he was like, I got this, guys.

SPEAKER_11 (2:49)

He did, he saw it, yeah.

Drew Lane (2:52)

The pilot was Nathan Fielder.

Marc Fellhauer (2:56)

So great.

Drew Lane (2:58)

We have a couple of things in the news today. Phil Mickelson, it turns out, has checked into rehab for addiction and family therapy. We just heard that he was going to be suing all these people for defamation because what did he give to his fellow golfer's wife, a picture of him?

Marc Fellhauer (3:15)

Nude, with his dick hard and him flexing with the other arm. So he had one camera in one hand, flexing in the other.

Drew Lane (3:21)

It wasn't a big deal until we heard he was flexing, but-

Trudi Daniels (3:26)

It would turn it into defamation.

Marc Fellhauer (3:28)

Yeah.

Drew Lane (3:28)

Yeah, I think that was it.

Karl Hamburger (3:30)

But I think of Phil Mickelson, I think buff.

Marc Fellhauer (3:32)

Yeah, I do, yeah. I think you're going to want to flex in a mirror.

Marc Fellhauer (3:35)

I also think hung. I mean, come on. Is he really hung? No.
