Hi, this is Jim Scudder. Welcome to InGrace on our special Friday and weekend edition. We are taking you to the Seas of Israel. Yes, we are going to be going up to the shoreline. We're going to be looking at the different seas of Israel from different perspectives, and we're actually taking you under water today. So I hope you're ready for that. This is a series that we did called The Seas of Israel in our Discover Hidden Israel series. And the Seas of Israel are the Mediterranean, the Dead Sea, the Red Sea, and the Sea of Galilee. Although the Sea of Galilee is just a lake, but they call it a sea, so we're including it in here. And we're gonna be going into each body of water today and in the next three after that. And today we're gonna be talking about the mysteries of the Mediterranean, the sea that the Bible refers to as the Mediterranean Sea. And there's other ways that it is referred to in the Bible.

We're also gonna be taking you to a really cool place called Rosh Hanukkah. Rosh Hanukkah is really close to Lebanon. It's on the border basically with Lebanon. And we're gonna tell you some amazing history there. We're also gonna take you to Acre or Acre. It is a really ancient city that you can go to today. And it was this major city during the Crusades. We're gonna be looking at Haifa and telling you how amazing Israel is as far as being the tech capital of the world. And we're gonna see, just go down the Mediterranean Sea along this beautiful coastline. We're gonna take you to Caesarea.

It's a ancient city, the city that Herod built. Paul was there, Cornelius was there, Peter was there. And we're actually gonna take you diving and looking for ancient artifacts to take. And then we're gonna take you all the way down to Ashkelon, one of the cities of the Philistines, the oldest gate in the world we're gonna be taking you to today. So it's gonna be amazing. I'm glad that you're coming along, and I hope you have a towel. We also have some really incredible things going on right now. Number one, we have a trip to Israel where we can show you some of these sites to come with InGrace on our Israel Solidarity Tour. You can get a free brochure. The trip is in February. To get the brochure, call us right now, 1-800-78-GRACE.

I think it is the safest place in the world. I think it's safer than Chicago, where I live. But certainly God can protect you in Israel, can't he?

We would love for you to come, and my wife and I are hosting. I'll be teaching at the site. I'll be with you most of the time, and eating with you, and fellowshiping, and it's just gonna be wonderful. Plus, we're bringing special music, and we want you to come on our February Israel Solidarity Tour. We also are excited because we have some resources here at InGrace that you can get that will really help you understand the land of Israel. We have a chart, it's called the Exploring the Tabernacle Chart, and we've seen a correlation between Jesus' I Am statements and the Tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant, the Altar of Incense, the veil, the Table of Shobra, the Menorah, the Screen Door, the Altar, the Brazen Lavor, the Screen Gate to the Courtyard, and the Anointing of the Priests, and how these tie in with Jesus. And if you'd like to get the Tabernacle Chart, it's absolutely free. Contact us right now, 1-800-78-GRACE.

And we'd love to send you this entire video series for your gift of any amount, this Discover Hidden Israel, the Seas of Israel series. We'd love to send you that video. And right now, your gift is gonna be doubled. So if you give $20, your gift is gonna be doubled by a generous donor, 1-800-78-GRACE, 1-800-78-GRACE, or go to ingraceradio.com. And then lastly, if you're ever in Chicago, come visit us at Quinton Road Baptist Church. I'd love to see you on a Sunday soon.
