It's my own, all my own thing. This is Vinny and my show. Again, when he's available, we will do the show together. But as of now, this is the last PMP show till Vinny's available. So it's not ending, it's just maybe a little pause. But with that said, we have a lot to talk about. And where else to start? But listen, it's late February, NBA is going strong, NHL is going strong, college basketball, men's and women's going strong, MLS is coming back. But the big news is the NFL. So we're going to get into NFL news, get into a little unrivaled, and then I'll get you out of here for the weekend. And then again, next week, I mean, stay tuned. Maybe edgier, maybe edgier, maybe. So Vin won't have to answer for my crimes, my social media crimes or anything. But we'll see. We'll see how it goes once it starts. But I've been working on logos and finding music and all that. I'm excited. So please follow me there too if you care, which you should, because I'm almost awesome. But anyway, let's get into it. So a lot of NFL news broke out. They're down there in Indy for the Combine. So a lot of people are talking. And rumors are, and the suspension is, and the thought is that Jamar Chase is going to be the highest paid non-quarterback in the NFL. Say what you want. He deserves it. He won the Triple Crown for receivers. He led them in catches, yards, and touchdowns. And him and Burrow did their thing, man. So good for him. I hope this is true. I hope the assumptions are true. Plus, I told you that the salary cap is going up. They're getting more TV money. Netflix is in the game now. Amazon's been there for, what, three years or so. So they have the money. So pay these men. They're skilled, you know. They, you know, he's keeping his nose clean, so he's earned it. And yeah, it was a hold in. It was a hold in during training camp. He did not go home and sit and wait. He was at practice. He wanted to be there. He just deserves some money, and he, rightfully so, he thought that's what he thought. So anyway, so that's the rumor. That's the belief that Jermar Chase will be the highest-paid NFL player. Obviously, that won't last long. There will be a D-end or an old lineman, maybe. Maybe if he's, you know, Lane Johnson, good, or Trent Williams, good. Maybe. And then there will be another receiver that will come up for free agency. So that will be broken, but good for him. Good for him. He's a great player, and you know I love him. He's on my bangles, my little kitty cats, little grass cats, turf cats, whatever you want to call them. So, football felines. So next, that goes, we'll stay in the same division. Everyone knows by now that Miles Garrett requested a trade, and it is believed that the Eagles, the Eagles want him just so the commanders don't get him. I think this is kind of crazy. If I'm an Eagles fan, if I'm with the Eagles, you're gonna, and I know they're loaded, I know their roster is great. They don't need Miles Garrett, but are you that scared if the commanders get one guy? I know there's rumors about Debo, maybe T Higgins, maybe getting a weapon for Jade and Daniels over there, but I think this would be stupid to, you know, you kill it in the draft, you're going to give what, two, three first round picks just to block another team. I think that's stupid if teams do that, if that's the real, if that's a true belief, that's a true mentality of Howie Roseman and the world champion Eagles. But with that said also, the Browns say they're not trading him. So I don't know what to believe. But if the Eagles want them, I guess they'll pony up. But I would like to see, I would like to see the commanders obviously build that roster even more and help Jade and Daniels. They will be formidable as long as he's healthy, as long as they have good coaches around him. Just to keep it going. I don't think he needs good coaching. Eventually, he won't need any coaching when you're that good and that accurate. And he does the VR stuff. And so he is used to game speed. At 6 AM, he's going to do the VR stuff to see game speed and get those reps in. Which I'm wondering if a lot of quarterbacks will start to do seeing his results. But he was always accurate even at LSU. So, one of them, the Heisman, really. And with help from his friends, his two pro-ball wide receivers. So, that's the Browns. Let's go a little further south. And this was shocking, where the Falcons GM said they didn't know that Cousins was hurt. He was throwing, like, five mile per hour passes. He was throwing ducks. I don't know how they didn't know this. It was pretty clear. He was throwing, like, cement bricks that weren't going far, obviously. I don't know. I ran out of jokes there, which I shouldn't admit. Kirk Cousins stunk, as that. Yeah, he was injured, so that's a big reason why. But you gotta realize that. You gotta know what you're watching, if you're an NFL GM, owner or personnel, front office personnel there. So that's shocking. Rumors that he's going to go up north to maybe the Giants or the Jets, I would throw up. He used you once to get a contract, so Woody Johnson is stupid enough. Woody Johnson is stupid enough to sign him after he was clearly used to get that Vikings contract. So hopefully Cousins stays down south somewhere. Finds a landing spot. Good for him and his family, but please, you know what? I don't even care. I hate the warplanes. I'm a Bangal guy. Bangal boy. So you know what? The Cousins and Jets deserve each other. So speaking of the Jets, we'll go to the next topic. Aaron Glenn says Jets players were mad at him that Rodgers was cut.
