Today on Dead Rabbit Radio.
Hey, everyone, welcome back to another episode of Dead Rabbit Radio. I'm your host, Jason Carpenter. I'm having a great day. Hope you guys are having a great day, too. Hope you guys are having tons of fun doing whatever you're doing. We have a packed episode today, so let's go ahead and get started. First off, running into Dead Rabbit Radio command. Everyone get on your feet and give it a four.
Jassy4545. Woohoo. Yeah. Running on in, running in from yesterday's episode. Now, I do have to say yesterday's episode was supposed to come out last week. Sorry it took so many days off after my birthday. I got sick. I didn't even get to enjoy any of my ice cream cake. I had a couple of bites, but I'm better now. And I'm also mentally better now. I'm not as depressed as when I recorded that episode. I think when I recorded that episode, it had gone like four or five days without showering. It was that level of depression. But things are looking up. So even though you're listening to the episode, it's just a day later. Actually, about a week happened in between there. I did shower. And I did read the news article about that man who jumped in all those jokes about me fighting animals. And then just today, I read that article about that young man who jumped into a tiger enclosure and was promptly killed by said tiger. Quite sad, right? You're like, yeah, Jason, maybe you should have released that episode a week before the young man did that horrible. But Jassy is never horrible. Jassy, long time supporter of the show. That is why they are going to be our captain, our pilot this episode. If you guys can't support the show financially through the Patreon and the merch store, I totally understand. I really do.
Just helps read the word about Dead Rabbit Radio. That helps out so much. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell everyone, you know. Dead Rabbit Radio is your favorite paranormal show. That is how you can help the show grow. Two quick reminders. We have another Dead Rabbit Radio Movie Weekend coming up Friday, October 23rd at 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We're going to have Movie Night for our Patreon members, both paid and free Patreon members can join us for that.
And then Saturday at 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, so morning one. We'll have another movie morning that will be available to everybody. And basically, we just watch short horror films. We have a lot of fun. I'm thinking about starting a second channel on the app we use to watch these movies. It's free app. You don't have to really download anything at all. That just is running a constant play 24 hours a day of all the shorts we've watched. I think that would be kind of cool so people can pop in and out. Just post it on the paranormal board and stuff like that. People have a good time. The other announcement, I want to make sure that I let everyone know that I'm going to be speaking at the Port Gamble Ghost Conference. I haven't been talking about this enough. Port Gamble Ghost Conference is coming up. That is in Port Gamble, Washington. I will be giving a presentation on terrifying toys. And I would say it's probably like 90 to 95% all new material that I'll be talking about. There might be a few crossover stuff, but I like finding new stuff for the speeches. Every so often, I get a request about recording the speeches. And that's just not something that the facility does. I wouldn't want to do that. I will say this, after the presentation, I will sometimes cover a couple of the stuff I talked about on the show. But if you are able to get out to Port, and I know it's a big, it's great. It's an international show. There's some guy right now in El Salvador. He's like, dude, no, I can't get to Port Gamble. But I do like to share some of the best stuff that we talk about. But I also love seeing you guys in person. So if you guys can get out there, Port Gamble, November 6th through the 8th in Port Gamble, Washington, it's always a blast. And it's a really cool place. The convention is held in a haunted building. People are getting possessed. They're running around. I was like, oh, this is the best paranormal conference ever. It's a lot of fun. I'll also see my buddy there, Brian Blackwood. I met him at a paranormal conference. He's an author.
