Joe Milton, dude, his last outstanding preseason, period. They said it was 29 of 43, 392 yards, four touchdowns. For comparison, how stats were 27 of 40, 314, three touchdowns, one intercession. A few years ago, Joe, a few years ago, some felt Joe should have been competing with Drake May for New England's starting job. Joe.

You believe they released Joe because they didn't want backup set. They wanted to keep a happy house. They didn't want too much noise over there.

What you believe, Joe? I don't know. This one doesn't really make any sense to me, especially because he's so, you got him for a low deal. He's actually a really, really, really talented quarterback.
Dak Prescott's on your squad. I understand that. I mean, it just feels, it feels off. You can have him for trade value. You got Dak, if he gets injured, you have him as a backup quarterback. And people around the league, quarterback is the premier position. So that's why when we're keeping four, you got teams that are keeping four and you getting rid of one that actually can be, still hasn't shown, still has potential to be a starting quarterback. You don't know. So with him getting rid of him, it didn't really make any sense to me.

Listen, I would think like maybe it could possibly be that, you know, like it was Dallas and, you know, they wanted to, but if it was anywhere but Dallas, then it could be Dallas. Because you know good and well, Jerry Jones, he don't give a flip about your flip. Okay?

Hey, don't forget, Dak got the job because Tony Romo got hurt now. Tony Romo got hurt, Dak went in there and played well, and Romo never got the job back. Okay? Yeah.

That was his public statement, okay? And he talks publicly about his players, dude. He had criticized them and all that, including Dak. Like, bro, I'm just trying to tell you, dude, even after the final preseason finale, Jerry had said about the quarterback situation between Milton and Howe that he said is, he said, that's one of the things that they may have to actually have two backup quarterbacks. And then it wasn't until, I guess they needed a running back that they actually released him. So, you know, they just, I think they kept Howe because that big thing that everybody is harping on, that experience be us and him having the experience. I think that's what it really came down to is they probably felt more comfortable with his experience. And when you look at it, looking at how, you know, they do offense and that quarterbacks and how the offense is ran, I think Howe is more adapted to that style of offense. That way they wouldn't have to change too much of the offensive scheme. If, you know, Dak ended up getting hurt versus if they had Joe Milton in there. I mean, that's just what I think. Because, like I said, if it was anywhere else but Dallas and Jerry Jones, I would have said, maybe it's a possibility he ain't want to upset the quarterback.

I feel like Jerry Jones is more going to be on the Bill Belichick where he was trying to keep Jimmy G as the backup quarterback. He don't care. The owner, Robert Kraft, wanted to get rid of him so Tom Brady wouldn't feel no backup pressure. It's not about backup pressure. It's about keeping your team as best as your team could be. Having as many good players on the squad, just in case something goes wrong. So for me, I'm always looking at it like, if you have good backup quarterback that you got for the low that's on your squad, keep him just in case something happens, trade value. Then if you think that releasing him just makes no sense to me because always you're trying to figure out how you can add to your team, make your team better.
