You should not get scam letters left and right.
Jeff Burton (0:35)
You know, Rafe, that information you closed your loan is public record, so people get all kinds of junk in the mail. This is why you contact me on my personal cell phone. After you close the loan, I'm available nights, weekends. Your home is the biggest investment you're going to make in your life. Don't you want someone you can contact when you need to contact them?
Tony Patrico (0:51)
Call the guy you can count on. It's Stu 314-324-4440 or Google the Bagel Loan, NLS number 226-715. The Rizzuto Show Podcast, powered by Dobbs.

We're having fun talking about our favorite 80s and 90s baseball players of old. We're ready to go here, guys.
SPEAKER_6 (1:59)
That's right. Otis Nixon for me.
SPEAKER_7 (2:03)
Oh, yeah. Andre Dawson.
SPEAKER_6 (2:06)
Otis Nixon. I think he was a Cleveland Indian. Or maybe a brave as well. Was he a brave?
SPEAKER_7 (2:12)
I think he was, actually.
Jeff Burton (2:13)
He was a brave.
Moon Valjean (2:15)
My favorite Cleveland Indian was, by far, Kenny Lofton.
SPEAKER_6 (2:18)
Oh, Kenny Lofton. Man, he could run.
SPEAKER_7 (2:20)
Gosh.
SPEAKER_6 (2:21)
Otis Nixon. I just remember getting a lot of his baseball cards and going, Oh, another Otis Nixon.
Moon Valjean (2:26)
Another Otis.
Lern (2:27)
Damn, another Otis Nixon.
SPEAKER_7 (2:28)
He finished with the Braves, yeah.
Moon Valjean (2:30)
Put it in the Otis pile. Everybody finished with the Braves.
Lern (2:32)
That's how he started this.
SPEAKER_6 (2:33)
I got 50 Otis Nixons.
Lern (2:35)
Damn.
Moon Valjean (2:36)
We were talking about Terry Pendleton.
SPEAKER_6 (2:38)
We were just cleaning out our kitchen junk drawer. And my wife found a whole bunch of Garbage Pail Kids.
Moon Valjean (2:44)
Oh, I thought she was going to find an Otis Nixon.
SPEAKER_6 (2:46)
And another Otis Nixon, damn it, mixed in with the Garbage Pail Kids. And she goes, what do you want with these? I go, let me see these.
Lern (2:53)
Let me take a look at this.
SPEAKER_6 (2:54)
Scotty Potty.
Moon Valjean (2:57)
Aren't those worth something?
SPEAKER_6 (2:58)
Adam Baum. I know they were the newer ones.
Lern (3:00)
Oh, they were your kids.
SPEAKER_6 (3:01)
They were like the newer. I go, get rid of them.
Lern (3:04)
Yeah.
SPEAKER_6 (3:05)
Get them out of here.
SPEAKER_7 (3:05)
You should have brought them in.
Lern (3:06)
I always get Sour Patch Kids mixed up with the, what is it called? The Garage Pail Kids? I never got it. Garbage Pail Kids. Garbage Pail Kids.
SPEAKER_7 (3:12)
They were awesome.
Lern (3:13)
They were sour and delicious. Yeah, there's cards, I guess.
Moon Valjean (3:16)
1986 Garbage Pail Kids card series, $155.
SPEAKER_6 (3:20)
I mean, if you have the complete set, these were just loose cards, and they were the newer ones.
Lern (3:25)
It was like Cabbage Patch Kids Meat Guar. That's what it reminds me of.
SPEAKER_6 (3:29)
We had a good one. I'm not going to take any credit. My wife cleaned out the kitchen junk drawer. Yeah, it happens once every two years.
And there's light bulbs, like little mini light bulbs. There's keys, no idea to what.
Lern (3:45)
Don't know what these go to.
SPEAKER_6 (3:46)
She goes, how do we have so many pens in this house?
Lern (3:48)
Yeah, and some of them are going to be dried out. Time to throw them out.
SPEAKER_6 (3:51)
So she's got scratch paper. She's going through every pen to see if they work or not.
Lern (3:55)
God bless her. That's awesome.
SPEAKER_6 (3:57)
And then I get yelled at for quote, not admiring it enough.
Lern (4:01)
Look at this organized drawer. I know. I still do that to my husband. Come look at what I've done.
That's on you.
SPEAKER_6 (4:07)
I didn't ask to be part of this project.
Lern (4:09)
But you are a part of it. You live here. You're junk, dude.
SPEAKER_6 (4:13)
She goes, here's for mailing things. There's stamps in this section. And loose keys.
Lern (4:18)
Okay.
SPEAKER_6 (4:20)
Lighters.
Ooh. Wow.
Lern (4:23)
We got those.
SPEAKER_6 (4:25)
There's a remote to a TV that doesn't even exist.
Moon Valjean (4:28)
Well, it exists. And someday you're gonna find it.
SPEAKER_8 (4:31)
You're gonna find it the day after you throw out that remote.
SPEAKER_6 (4:33)
I know all the TVs we have in the house, and this matches none of them. Where did this even come from?
